THe room was a little larger than in many Japanese hotels, and the breakfast was excellent! There was some confusion at checkin with the staff forgetting to give me a breakfast coupon on the second day, but it was easily remedied when I followed up.

The staff are friendly, helpful and prompt. Much appreciated. Our room was very hot - we were sweating in March despite it being quite cold outside ! I asked how to make it cooler and the staff said there is only one setting, that's it. We opened our window - it was a bit noisy but we did manage to get to sleep.

Friendly staffs and good facilities. Close to the main station and shopping mall. Good value. Nothing.

The facility was old fashion, dated decor, and the pillows were not comfortable.

Thomas was excellent. Good support for non native speakers and very clear in his instructions. Appreciate his guidance 1.Small sized room. 2.Old furniture. 3.. Carpet which we were not sure if clean.

The sheets were dingey. You could tell the whites used to be much whiter. The tubes had some old stains as well as the shower curtain. Not to mention a long hair waiting to greet me. The lobby looked nice. I didn’t chose the breakfast option so I can’t comment on the restaurant. If you’re looking for a conveniently located olace To lay your head it’s fine, just make sure they clean the room well.

Great location, easy from JR Okayama Station and opposite Aeon. Good breakfast and very helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable.
