room was super tiny, barely had enough room to open luggage

Great location near the Aeon mall. The breakfast was excellent, we liked the local dishes like the curry and the freshly baked bread. The front desk staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly. We would go back here again. Parking is not as convenient if you have a car since the lots are a few blocks away from the hotel. If you arrive after 18:00 you can get a good rate on the parking until 9:00.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. You can choose your pillow and they have happy hours from 5-9pm.

Bathrooms a bit small.

We needed an easy stay for 1 night between Uno Port and Nara while we visited with friends in Okayama. This hotel seemed like a great deal, and it was! The staff was so warm and friendly, the amenity bar was convenient, and the welcome drinks and breakfast were much more than I expected. Overall, the perfect stay. Our family of 4 had 2 very small adjoining rooms. For one night it was perfect. The walk from the train station was a tad farther thank I anticipated, but that was my oversight.

The rooms were really small, for one person probably just about ok but too small for two people.

We were amazed by how organized everything is and the warm hospitality from the staff. Before we checked in, I contacted the hotel to ask for a favor which I was not sure if it was doable, and the staff did their best to helped us out. It is not only a pleasant memory but something we are forever grateful of. My personal favorite is the breakfast— I love how they support local businesses by using the local ingredients and create all the amazing food.

All the amenities you would want. Staff are so friendly and kind!

This hotel is very ECO focused. Amazing breakfast buffet with fresh baked rolls, breads and croissants, organic vegetables and a good selection of Japanese & Western items. Welcoming staff, comfortable rooms/beds. They have a selection of pillows if you find the one in the room uncomfortable. On site Onsen--open all night. Laundry facilities with free dryers. No check out procedure--put the sign on the door and just leave. A few minutes walk from the main station. If there was a downside at all it would be just the one elevator, but it was only a MINOR inconvenience at breakfast, check-in/check out times, otherwise never an issue.

Perfect location, beautiful views, very friendly and helpful staff, nice and cozy room! Welcome bar was something I never expected and was very grateful! But sad I didn’t try breakfast due to shortage of time

This hotel looked amazing and had many amazing perks such as the cocktail nights. The rooms more spacious than we thought and it was really quiet. The room was also close to the Aeon mall so we can head over for food and any shopping. I got sick during my trip so it was wonderful being close to the mall. I was very impressed and will look into the Super Hotel name for my future travels. The breakfast was good and being able to pick my own pillow made the nights so comfy

Room was quite small.

I like the design and system of the Super Hotels. They have been clean and friendly, the breakfast is quite acceptable and the nightly drink bar is a welcome addition. The complimentary amenities are a pleasant bonus. They are not the cheapest, but I think it is worth the cost.

The hotel itself is really excellent, and the room was an appropriate size (I had a large suitcase and it wasn't too cramped). The staff is very service-oriented and kind, and the breakfast food was satisfying. The hotel is relatively close to the train station, which made it convenient since I arrived in Okayama to visit Naoshima. The city itself is relatively quiet and not very touristy, so the fact that the hotel has open bar hours compensates for the lack of options in the city.

Maybe an English option on the TV may have been nice. Bed was a little hard.

Good location and comfortable for a one-night stay
-
The location is a short walk from Okayama station. The room is spacious compare to normal japanese business hotel. The breakfast, hot bath and complimentary drink in the evening are superb :-) The staffs are very helpful :-) It was a short stay so I still hav nothing that I feel unsatisfied with.

Nice and modern. Very clean. Normal size in Japan. Wonderful breakfast. Free cocktails every night. Natural onsen in the second floor which is open overnight. Next to a big mall which has everything you need, like shopping and food. 10-15 mins walk from the train station.

Onsen was very nice and clean, the welcome drink bar each night was very convenient. Staff was very kind and helpful I wish there was more vegetarian options for breakfast
