I did not even get parked before an employee walked out and told me I could not Park in a reserved parking spot. Even though it was not marked as reserved I was told I couldn't park there. Then I get inside and they tell me I do not have a reservation and I was unable to stay there

They do not return my money. They send to Motel 6. Nights May 13, 14. If not return police call

My room was canceled for no reason before I even got there and once I was there no help was offered to figure out what was wrong. I was told to “contact hotels.com and they can call me” and they wouldn’t even let me charge my phone so I could figure anything out.

Close to airport They took a $50 deposit. Stated that I would get it back after the stay. Called them 5 days later they said they would look into it. Was only there for 4.5 hours so I could go to the airport.

I called Expedia and they were not notice either about the cancellation. Horrible customer service. Worst experience I ever had.

The people at this facility are kind, empathetic and work hard to make our team feel welcome. I wish we could plug our hdmi input into the TV for group viewing.

It was horrible. The desk clerk was rude. They lied about the room type on the app and their own website.

I reserved a room for relatives online. They left to get cash for the 100$ deposit and they gave the room away while also still charging me for the room.

Ac only had two settings. Off and ice box. Zero water pressure for the shower. While checking in the guy was definitely more concerned with his video chat on his phone than checking us in at 11pm. Location was convenient for our soccer games.

The owners seemed to be trying to improve the property. It was clean and no smells. Neighborhood was possible concern but had good lighting Bathroom was clean
