Clarion Pointe OKC Airport

My carry on bag was stolen from my car and the front desk refused to show the camera shots, my meds were in that bag and I had no way of replacing my prescriptions. The front desk should have been somewhat helpful but didn't care at all!!

It was clean and the breakfast was good. Nice rooms as well.

Very affordable but the area around isn't the best just like much of okc...

Siempre me gusta hospedarme en este hotel porque es muy tranquilo en 4 años que tengo de viajar a la ciudad siempre me quedo aquí y a cambiado el personal pero no el trato ni el mantenimiento del lugar.

It was good service and food staff was good

Ac leaked made a huge puddle in the room , breakfast some days were terrible, staff didn’t help much “ front desk” pool was nasty had paper, napkins, trash in the pool , total of 5 lights in the room and only 1 had a Light bulb,

The room was not great. It had an odd smell that definitely did not smell like it had been cleaned. The air conditioner didn’t work properly. Upon asking the staff if they could do anything about it, they stated it had already been fixed. It was not. The breakfast was whatever and often times you could smell what appeared to be marijuana wafting through the halls. The place that I booked through stated that many couples had rated it a 10 out of 10. I’m half of a couple who is rating it a one out of any number. The only thing good about it was we weren’t sleeping on the street.

The facility was very dirty and poorly maintained. There were cigarette butts visible at the front entrance, the room had a strong musty smell, and the windows were so dirty that it was difficult to see outside. The garbage can in the by elevator had not been emptied and the ice machine was not working. I also got two bites while sleeping there and I am concerned they may have been from bed bugs. This made the experience even more uncomfortable and concerning.

Felt unsafe the whole time we were on property.

Nothing The worst experience my family has had at a hotel stay! The room was utterly disgusting, with blood stains on the shower curtain, dirty stained blankets on the bed, chewed gum on the ice machine, dirty socks left over from previous people, rat poop in places. The outside had street walkers and the trees had millions of birds in them making it loud and bird poop everywhere. This is not family friendly, would not recommend it to anyone.

there were crackheads hanging out in the parking lot there wasnt any soap there was only one adult towel the room was incredibly hot even when we had it at 68 it was incredibly hot we booked a king bed they moved us to a double queen the remote to the tvs volume button didn't work and it was incredibly loud when we turned the tv on the worker came up shower us the volume button on the bottom of the tv he said was hard to see and we will just have to get up to adjust the volume. the line to the phone in the room was cut so we couldn't even call downstairs to tell them we had to go downstairs to tell them. the breakfast was less than mediocre the orange juice tasted like chalk yogurt was warm etc and there were kids running up and down the hall screaming until 11pm

The place is horrible and the staff is worse. My car got infested with bird mites in their parking lot and my room window has birdnests outside it and the room got filled with them when I opened the window. Worst hotel ever
