Location to PAYCOM center, it was clean & staff were friendly It was a little too warm in the main hotel, dining & hallways

Staff as helpful and the hotel was clean in a great location. Breakfast was a bit too expensive to be worth it, other than that, great stay.

Very clean, very polite. Will definitely stay again.

Exceptional

Staff were great worked hard to make the tv work and when it didn't they quickly moved us to a new room. The new room was away from the street and much quieter. The area of the hotel is very noisy and parking is difficult.

Hotel was very good but charging $5.00 for a bottle of soda and $19.95 for a buffet breakfast kinda pricey i went out for breakfast also the loud muffler on the cars glad I bought ear plugs

The staff were professional and the facility was adequately maintained. NOISE! Do not let them put you in a street side room!

Amazing place to stay. Convenient and clean

The location was next door to the concert venue. Traffic was crazy! Construction across the street due to a new facility similar to Paycom.

The location to the Paycom Center is the best Don’t get a room on the freeway side of the hotel. You can hear all the loud vehicles racing on Friday night, even on the 8th floor. Request a room on the courtyard side. Much much quieter.

Our room was clean, cool and inviting. The staff were amazing and helped out my family during the entire stay. They were extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding businesses and able to offer points of interest. They had a great meet and great before a concert for guest and were above and beyond with our stay. Valet was awesome and quick whenever we needed to leave, welcoming upon our routine. I will never stay anywhere else again while in OKC. They are near the Bricktown area, trolly's and electric scooters. If you are attending a concert at the Paycom it is literally right out your front door. ENJOYED our stay, we didn't want to come home.

The rooms were clean. Beds are a little firm. Breakfast is way overpriced at $19. Be sure and eat before arriving……and somewhere else in the morning unless you’re ok overpaying for food. Staff was kind and helpful, which was much appreciated.

Close to paycom center. Very clean and relaxing Nothing

Staff at check-in were not very welcoming. Kind of a bummer after a ten hour drive. Courtyard was beautifully landscaped but ruined with tons of cigarette butts everywhere. Wanted to enjoy the pool but it was murky and cloudy so we skipped it. Then the pet fee was more than the room itself. Partially my fault for not checking before we booked but usually it’s always 25-40. Then to top it off the traffic noise was horrendous! Sounded like a drag strip all night. Would definitely not stay here again and not recommend this place.

Our stay was wonderful. Everything was clean and kept, the staff was absolutely wonderful, especially our ginger valet woman. She was just outstanding. This hotel will be our go to when when staying in OKC.
