Extended Stay America Suites Oklahoma City Northwest

This property is by far in my top 5 WORST hotels. I will NEVER go back!!! There were NO utensils in the kitchen, which is the reason I chose a exstended stay. The hallway smelled of old urine, so much that it would make your eyes watering waiting for the elevator. There was no rags or cleaning supplies to keep things cleaned. The floor had soft spots, which made me afraid to fall through. But then after staying a night I learned that their A/C was leaking and followed a path to the soft spot. When I looked at tunder the A/C I could see where they have had issues with the drain and were trying to rig it up. Some of the outside door locks worked, others were missing. Sheets and towels had stains as though they haven't bee. Bleached in a long time! My mom felt more comfortable purchasing cleaning supplies and cleaning our room for the next few days. Most nights there was someone hanging outside thw hotel on drugs or drunk. Watched a guy dance in the vacant parking lot by himself for a couple hours. Then another day there was a young man with a puppy, both of which were mal nutrioned. But both slept on the picnic table just outside the door to the hotel. Find another hotel! This one isn't worth the money.

very dirty on the bed, seems never washed... smell terrible in the lobby and 3rd floor and even in the room, trash can in the hall way... we checked out right after we got in the room.

My experience was terrible. I had to leave and get another room somewhere else. The room was filled with roaches, I requested towels and nobody came, it wasn’t clean. It was just an awful experience!

The room I booked was not available, I was going to have to book a while other room. When we got to our room it smelled Awful. Stains all over the floor, and crawling with roaches! We did not stay there and asked for a a full refund!!!

Floors seemed uneven, halls and elevator were dirty, the room itself had paint spots on the wall, duck tape on the couch and a divot in the floor near the window.

Decent location. I mean wow! Look at the pictures… This is entering the room…

The beds are semi comfortable I had 26 guys reserve rooms here, when we got here they had 2 doubles. This is a s***HOLE! Stinks, staff aren’t helpful at all. Took everyone’s money, but said it’d be 10-14 days for a refund, cock roaches everywhere, the smell is ungodly, trash!

The manager was pretty stingy with the grab n go breakfast he did not refill it I had to ask at 7:12am for couple muffins for my two children he acted like I didn't buy it.....already

The experience wasn’t great, most of the days I didn’t stay because loud people and not clean

Staff never at front desk and did not refund my money after checking out a day early.

I can tell you this it smelled really bad like because they allowed dogs in there and people were nasty including the ones that were staying there they were nasty it had a foul odor of urine everywhere and they allow prostitution over there which it was not good even when you have families and people were afraid to bring their kids there and my kids they were okay with it but it was still uncomfortable for me because of my kids cuz the way it was cuz I had to clean my own room and I mean I had to sweep and mop my own floor cuz it was so nasty that's how bad it was oh I didn't take any pictures of the room because I went from one room to another to find the right one and it was okay cuz it had hard floors but the other rooms are at carpet it was like ripped up foul smell to it dirty free to put my feet on the carpet and like I said there was dogs people had dogs there they were nasty with the dogs they were pissing and pooping everywhere all over the hallway and in the rooms when you step out of your room that's the only thing you smell was nothing but a strong urn a urine smell the whole time and even I even I I smell like pretty much you know there was a foul smell to my clothes so I was glad when I washed them before I left and plus it was used condoms under the bed so they allow prostitution there at the hotel
