Great place to stay, beds were super comfortable, room was nice and cold with ac on. Food was good. My only complaint was… while swimming in the pool there were not very many pool towels available. We had to go to the front desk to ask for towels. If they can put more towels out, it would be five stars for me.

The room was very clean, the staff was extremely helpful, the breakfast was filling and had many choices available, we were traveling in an RV and had no issues parking.

Needed towels, breakfast was very fresh and good and staff were excellent at fixing problems.

Came for a concert- good overall hotel. Everything was clean and the breakfast was good.

The staff was friendly and it is in a good area when in the city for doctor appointments. They offered breakfast and the parking was great. The room smelled wonderful but was a little strong. It was pretty clean for the most part. There was some stains on the comforter of the bed, and there was some bodily function smeared on the counter of the sink. We had Lysol wipes with us so I cleaned it up. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

The front desk was very nice. The room smelled like pee and wet dog and I had to use my own personal room spray to just be able to sleep without smelling the pee.

The main lobby was not air-conditioned and it is summertime. Ridiculous. Turn on the air conditioning for guests. Also, the hallways were not air-conditioned and there was a funny smell in the room very disappointed in this Holiday Inn an express I don’t feel it should be a Holiday Inn express you need to pull your franchise from this place.

Excellent breakfast. Presentation was wonderful and there was plenty to eat. It all tasted great.

The property was comfortable and well appointed. We felt we found value for our bucks A lot of road construction on the main artery to the hotel raised anxiety levels. That will be solved when the construction comes to an end

Close to my event Construction and hard to navigate the first day and my vechicle got scratched the first night in the parking lot.

We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. Also, we were there three nights and our room was not cleaned daily and the towels were not refreshed. I had to go to the front desk again and talk to the same lady with attitude just to get some clean towels. She said our room would be cleaned the next day… the day we were checking out. I was not impressed and very disappointed in your hotel and staff.
