OYO Townhouse Oklahoma City Airport

I made the reservation through Booking.com and paid for it, but when I arrived at the hotel, there was no room available. After traveling all day, I found myself in an unfamiliar place with nowhere to go. Now I can't even get a refund because the hotel isn't responding to Booking.com's emails to confirm what happened.

We didn't even check in because they gave out room reservation away.

I booked the room and shortly after that, I received a call saying that the room is not available and I have to cancel this reservation so I did and only received partial refund when trying to contact them for full refund. No one responds. Only telling to contact somewhere else. How to actually get a refund?

This room had more cockroaches than I’ve ever seen in my life. I couldn’t sleep They were not exclusive to the bathroom, were crawling on the night stand next to the bed and the walls. Staff made it sound Ike it was normal and made no attempt to remedy

Absolutely nothing Everything was horrible. and dirty it stunk had roaches no microwave no mini fridge not even a phone in the room It was very nasty never again.

We had this room book for two weeks before my arrival check in date. We traveled 10+ hours, I get there at 10 am (I know check in is not till 3) just to check and make sure it’s still reserved, I was told yes but to come back at 3 to pay for the room and check in then. So I leave and come back at 3, they apparently have no room available for a double bed that I booked TWO WEEKS in advanced!! I was told they would cancel it on their end and for me to go look elsewhere. The next day my card is charged for this room that they somehow DO NOT HAVE. I have called several times for a refund and every single time, they keep saying it’ll take up for 24-48 hours. It has been a full 7 days and I still do not have my refund! DO NOT RECCOMEND!

They turned me away They didn’t honor my reservation. Ruined my night. Then charged me as a no show after I showed up and they turned me away due to overbooking they CHARGED ME. And refuse to give me a refund!!! Don’t trust this hotel chain!!!

All honesty I drove in early and checking is at 3pm so I stayed in the parking lot. They did let me use the plugs to charge my phone. Yes there is a $100.00 deposit. I was surprised but it's business they let you choose the form of payment, other hotels it's debit or credit along with a matching ID. The ladies that attended me and my kids where so sweet. If your not ok with the deposit. Then go somewhere else that suits you. Also I did indeed receive my deposit. Because I followed the rules.

Price they charged 100.00 deposit for something I did not do.

No A/C in the Lobby. No ice machine working. Room was not like the picture. I booked a double queen bed room. Which I got a king bed. I would’ve not minded if the property was better taken care of. Pictures must have been from when they first started.
