The hotel is beautifully restored art deco. The room was clean and well appointed. The check-in person was very nice and the process was smooth. One of the biggest issues we had is the lack of signs, there is very little signage outside except for the valet, when you walk inside there is no signage as to where registration is (it is upstairs on the other side of the escalator), no signs for the parking garage, no signs for the restrooms on the main level. The other thing that was odd was the furniture and bathroom layout. The bathroom has a sliding barn door on it and the two chairs and small table were set-up right outside the door, like someone could sit at the table and talk to you in the restroom. Beautiful hotel, but given the parking situation, we probably won’t stay here again.

Love love The National! The building is beautiful and unique. From the underground bar to the awesome restaurant on the main floor the amenities are superb. It is the only place to stay in OKC.

Everything from check in, valet, and the room exceeded my expectations! Would 100% stay here again.

The property is stunning and close to everything!

The property was so beautiful and clean Everything was great except an employee knocked on our door at 8:00 am and when we got up, dressed, and answered the door she said “oh nevermind” and walked away. It was frustrating because it interrupted a rare chance to sleep in for us.

The property was beautiful and the rooms were a good size and very nice The property was expensive in my opinion for the time of year and area. It was also very confusing to get around and not many signs up in the hotel.

The appearance and the uniqueness of it being a bank prior to Hotel

The breakfast at Tellers was fresh and delicious. The appetizers we had at Stock and Bond were also very good. The service was excellent. All of the staff at the hotel was professional and helpful. We particularly loved the ambience of the Art Deco building and design.
