The bar/restaurant staff were excellent as was the breakfast and meals in the restaurant. The location was ideal with enough parking close by. We stayed for four nights and unfortunately our stay was ruined from the moment we entered our room. The bed looked like it had been slept in and not been changed since a previous occupant had vacated the room. The bin in the toilet had had not been emptied and still had used blood stained tampons in it! Despite making a complaint to the hotel manager and getting an appology it took 3 days for the hotel to empty the bin and 2 days to make the bed properly. The other bin in our room was not emptied during our stay. The house keeping was totally unacceptable. We will not be staying here again under any circumstances.

Excellent, friendly staff. The restaurant/pub serve amazing food. Our bedroom was exceptional and loved the decor. Breakfast was tasty and brilliant service. Would thoroughly recommend this place. Nothing!

Very stylishly furnished with lots of space. The room was very clean and the service staff very attentive and customer orientated. The breakfast was very lovingly presented and was very tasty. The restaurant is also recommendable. I felt very comfortable and can highly recommend this accommodation.

Everything! The nicely furnished, very spacious, and comfortable room, with a comfortable bed, shower, and bathtub. The room was very quiet, I didn't hear any noise from the restaurant that was in the other part of the building. The owners are very friendly, and one can easily feel their passion for hospitality. It was a pleasure for me to get to know them. They pay a lot of attention to the comfort of their guests and have put a lot of effort and attention to detail when designing and furnishing their boutique hotel. They also own the restaurant next door, where they served delicious breakfast during my stay. The hotel is centrally located in Baarlo, very close to a supermarket. Would definitely stay again if I am back in Baarlo. Highly recommend this place. Nothing! Everything was great
