Distanta de mare, desi te duce tractorul...Marea e foarte abrupta in acea zona, nu e potrivit cu copiii mici.

The location is good but for a second time around I’d say it got worst. Constant problems with wifi. Housekeeping wasn’t around for a few days causing us to run out of supplies. The staff was decent but they look overwhelmed and tired.

the hotel is absolutely perfect for the value. in general we were satisfied by everything because they were focused on finding solutions to problems and trying to provide as much as possible even though it's perfect for value, the variety of the drinks or the meals could be better. i felt like sometimes they are going for cheaper options and especially for drinks they don't have the good brands. the workers were so stressed and sometimes too negative and prepared drinks badly sometimes.

The most I like is the AC in the room the pool and the beautiful Nina from the spa and massage , she is amazing and very professional The food is really bad compared with the other 5 stars I stayed in Alanya , the location is far from the beach , I prefer to have other hotel when I come back

Everything was nice!!

It was an amazing stay, staff was really friendly throughout the whole stay, manager accommodated special request for birthday and made it special, with champagne, cake, table reserve. Perfect stay, one thing I would say is that food was repetitive, but still good quality, more different options would make it perfect.

I booked and paid Oz Hotels Sui from 12/11/2024 till 19/11/2024. One day before we supposed to arrive to the hotel I received a message from the manager of the hotel saying Oz Hotels Sui is closing on 17/11/2024 for the winter and we have two options: cancel my reservation or stay at another hotel: Oz Hotels Incekum Beach Resort Alanya. Cancel my reservation was not an option, we were already on the way to the airport, so at the end of the day first half of the week we spent in Oz Hotels Sui - the one I booked and we liked it very much but second part of the week they moved us to another hotel and that was very disappointed: hotel is much older, spa is nothing to compare to another one. At the end of the day our holiday wasn’t good - I want to live and use all the options from the hotel I choose. Also to receive a message from the hotel just hours before our flight was not professional.

Repetitive, tasteless food. Patisserie lounge had only 2 or 3 options of sweet and 2 ice cream flavors. Snack bar had the worst Ceasar salad. It tasted bitter. Dirty room, specially bathroom was not clean at all. Housekeeping ladies kept disturbing and knocking the door even when don't disturb sign was on. They just barge in the room without checking the door sign making the excuse of cleaning the room.

Food poisoning, sharp metal objections in the food , staff have zero training so drinks are disgusting other than their cartons of apple juice. Food cold, beyond limited and no management about first 3 days and the rest of the time they like to listen, admit they serve raw food and you need to watch out? Like what management says this and accepts it. 1 star at best, moved to another hotel which is nice, still not feeling 100% as severe lack of nutrients and food poisoning.....complete waste of money to say the least. Best advice from someone who travels A LOT is stay away from this hotel....nowhere even to get food close by to avoid theirs so you either starve or come close to death from eating their crap ? Sick , no service and I honestly can't say much more. First night metal in my food, I'll every night....drinks a toddler could pour better.....no management till day 4, then don't care. I run multiple businesses and here shows ..no care, no training in basics....can't even pour a non alcoholic drink....can't pour a drink and mixed....can't cook any food....managed admitted serving raw food and may make u sick!! Avoid!!

A big, beautiful hotel. Good family room. Two separate rooms. I am not picky about food, but the food in this hotel was not very tasty. The coffee in the coffee bar is very tasty. Also the ice cream was good. There are no animations for children at all. There was one girl who was supposed to entertain the children, but she didn't, she just sat on the phone all the time, she didn't entertain the children.

Kids facilities Rooms were decent size and clean Wifi working everywhere, including beach Staff couldn't speak english at all (e.g. waiter wouldn't know what spoon is), they were rather lazy and not helpful. Food was terrible and queues to get meat were long. Drinks were bad, really bad. There were always something missing, coffee, milk, cutlery, rum, mint and so on and staff wouldn't see it as an issue

I stayed at Oz Hotel Sui for 4 nights and overall, it was a decent experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel offered good value for the money we paid, but there were definitely some areas that could use improvement. The food options were quite limited, especially at breakfast. Croissants and a few other items were the only decent options, but these would run out by 9 AM, so if you arrived any later, you’d miss out. On the bright side, I appreciated the small ice cream parlour, which was a nice touch for a mid-day treat. The hotel did offer late-night snacks, which was considerate for those arriving late, but the quality wasn’t great. The only consistently good food we had was at the pool bar. The rooms were clean and comfortable, meeting expectations. I would suggest the hotel improve its breakfast offerings by adding more variety, maybe beans and hash browns ??♀️. As for lunch and dinner, a better tasting bulgur rice, which is a staple Turkish dish, would be welcome. Most of the food was just lacking flavour or just not appetising. Overall, Oz Hotel Sui is worth the stay if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option and aren’t too particular about food. But with a few tweaks, this place could be a lot better
