Spent 6 nights with family and 2 little kids at Aryacanda , Clean and very organized hotel. great staff and very helpful . The food is amazing and its so many choices to choose from. Highlights of the vacation was the staff: ( The floor Manager Orhan is amazing and super friendly , so as our famous waiter Orgucan , and Bartenders Murat and Ridvan. And our Guest relations manager ( Yaroslaw ) was above and beyond. 5* -

The property is beautifully designed , I think they had a recent renovation, it looks and feels very fresh. We had a nice family room with the view, food was ok, the free play room with bowling was a great bonus. Our host Yaroslav was 10/10 very helpful, a really nice guy who loves his job and does it good, Thank you!!! The pools weren’t warm enough although it was supposed to be heated. We didn’t really enjoy à la carte restaurant and end up to be eating in the main restaurant or at the food court all the time, I think you should change the menu there…

Great location. Food was amazing. Especially Ottoman a la carte was my favorite restaurant. Staff were friendly. Family friendly facility. We definitely come back again.

Spectacular Holiday destination. Everything was perfect, from the friendly staff and personal assistant to the amazing facilities. Air conditioning was a slight problem. But the team corrected the issue quickly.

The location was good, close to the beach and to Alara Grand Bazar for last minute water sports stuff. They dedicate a person to help out with hotel related issues on WhatsApp. That was really the only way to get the hotel to do something. Food options were good. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired! There was a used loofa in the shower the day we checked in, along with some baby toys that were just left there. The daily cleaning was just a quick make up of the beds (if that). We had to remind them to top up the mini bar, and even had to request drinking water! We complained about the cleaning, but nothing was done.

Fresh food at the delicious buffet for breakfast lunch dinner. Snacks at the food court were also nice. Drinks made with quality spirits. Comfortable beds, pillow menu, clean room, spacious enough, nice balcony Guest services very well.organized, never had to wait long for anything Airco was not working for the rooms, the central system was off because the "hot season" hadnt started yet. The noise from the amphitheatre and disco was loud until 11 or 1130pm. So to sleep before then was nearly impossible. Either keep the balcony door closed and be hot, or keep the balcony door open and hear the loud music. Shampoo and shower soaps were low quality. Japanese a la carte restaurant was not nice, sushi out of the fridge.
