The staff It was dirty, sockets didn’t work and they key had to be placed at a particular angle so that electricity works in the room. There was no alcohol that came with all inclusive. Food was terrible and loads of people got food poisoning .

The shopkeeper in the little shop was so kind and helpful we spent a lot of money in the shop as food was so bad so bought snacks and crisps so kids could have decent snacks. When we arrived at the hotel for check-in at approximately 2.30 am with 4 kids, check-in was not swift. Then we were told we have one room as the hotel was overbooked, but the room would fit us all. It's not a problem, we thought, as we would all like to be together anyway instead of splitting up. But when we got to the room it was in no way ready no pillows or towels for us. When I asked for towels off the maid in the morning she gave us two. Two towels for 6 people. And the towels were never swapped out for clean ones and never given the other four towels. So two towels for 6 people. Our room looked out onto to roof that was covered in cigarette butt's and even an old coffee cup was left on balcony full of cigarette butt's. Also the key is an actual key and you only get one so electricity doesn't stay on when you leave and the room is hot when you get back as aircon doesn't work when you leave or the fridge. Also the the bathroom wasn't cleaned and had mildew and the room smelled so bad of dampness. The wardrobe doors couldn't closed and just slide open and stay open so clothes smelled of dampness. You then have to pay for towels for pool size so we used them for showering as the lack of English was frustrating and any time we asked was told yes 20mins and they never came. We had paid for two rooms but the price wasn't change for 1 room. Still no money refunded back onto my card. Which I expect now as we paid for 5 star hotel as advertised and this hotel is not 5 star in any way. The standard of food is shocking. I got food poisoning and my two daughters did on our last night. The drinks are cheap and when I say cheap they can make one cocktail which is just cheap gin and syrups with fountain lemonade or what ever they throw into a tiny plastic cup with no ice. You can drink beer also from cheap plastic cup or warm wine.
