Mukarnas Spa & Resort

The resort was beautiful and very clean. The food was great with lots of variety, the staff were friendly, and the entertainment team made every day fun. The beach and pools were amazing, and everything was well organized. Wi-Fi could be stronger in some areas

It was perfect! The location is nice, the staff is wonderfull!!! The noise in room ... the other guest should learn to keep quiet arround rooms during night.

Every thing

The location was excellent, right next to the main, and next to the beach. The food was very good, varied, and they tried to mix it up everyday. We had a few people in our group who have certain issues around food and buffets, but each and every one of us was able to find something tasty to eat at every mealtime. I never understand why people complain about All inclusives having a slightly samey buffet, it's not easy to satisfy everyone, but this hotel sure tried its very best to make sure they did. We loved Turkish night, French night, and every variation that was offered. The lunchtime snackbar also provided some lovely lunchtime food that you could eat while looking out at the beach. Eveyone who served us did so with a smile. The room service lady was fantastic, and when I had made a request to reception and they had messaged her, she saw me in the corridoor, nowhere near my room, and recognised me, and assured me that my request would be taken care of, and it was. The lady who served us at breakfast and lunch was amazing, making a fuss of our 8 year old, and making sure we had a table of eight waiting for us every morning, and if required, at the snackbar at lunch. She had our juice waiting for us in the morning, and made sure we all had coffees brought to us as soon as we finished our last one. Wherever you sat in the hotel grounds if you asked one of the staff to bring you a drink they did, whether it was in the grand reception area, the poolside, or even on the pier over the sea, they served you with a smile and cleared your empty glasses/dishes. A place this large is hard to keep looking tidy, but the grounds staff were out every day trimming trees, weeding flowerbeds and generally keeping the place looking clean and smart. The entertainment team worked hard all day and evening to make sure that anyone who wanted to join in the fun had an opportunity to do so. We didn't join in much, but enjoyed watching others. AMAZING STAY!! Reception staff when booking us in were efficient, but could have maybe understood that arriving at 12:30am, we were travel weary and could have been less abrupt, and more friendly. When you arrive in a quiet and dark hotel at that time of night, you are a little shaky, and everything seems strange. You just need the kind of friendly service that we got during the rest of the stay. However, nothing they did was wrong, it was just a little lacking in empathy perhaps. There wasn't a queue of people to get through, we had not arrived on a coach, we had hired cars, and so it was only us being checked in at that time. We also understood from their website and app that the night buffet for people arriving and leaving late at night was advertised as being served at 2am. However, the night reception staff told us it wouldn't be laid up until 3am. We all decided to find our rooms, then come down for the night buffet as we were all hungry. When we found it, it was just a few plates of sliced meat, some old bread rolls, and basic salad. This was all food that would have been prepared by the evening staff, and could have been brought out for us and the cling film removed at 2am or even earlier to save us waiting up for it. There was no-one else at that buffet, so it seemed pointless to make us wait up for it, making us all extremely tired on our first day. Again, we were given food, so no complaint about that, but it seemed like another lack of empathy for weary travellers, and certainly not the kind and caring service we received for the rest of our trip. There were a few times during the day where there was no food on offer. It's not a major problem, but there were a couple of times when our kids had missed a mealtime for one reason or other, and would have liked to order some chips or had a snack. It's not a major complaint, because the food was plentiful, but maybe ice cream and snacks could have been available all day.

Staff was super kind, polite, helpful, and hospitable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Variety and quality of food, snacks, desserts, and drink were amazing and awesome. Daily live shows were nice. - Wifi coverage and speed were not good. - DJs were not professional. - Do NOT buy anything from the on-site market, unless you’re desperately in need. Super expensive, volatile price of simple grocery everyday(!). For example, we bought a swimming tube for €32 (which was still expensive thought). Later we tried to change it with a smaller one, which was €18. However, we were told no refund would be given, simply because the price changes everyday!!

The Guest relations representative Sima was so helpful and nice! The food is great!!! Nothing to add! Very recommended!!!

was better than expected actually. Very close to the see, clean rooms (floor was cleaned properly, which is rare for such hotels), nice personnel there is no infrastructure outside of a hotel, lobby of a hotel is huge and loud, which may be disturbing if you are noise sensitive when sleeping.

Bad

The hotel is quite old and extremely expensive and very far from airport. We arrived at night and we realised next morning that they downgraded us from 2 triple rooms with nice view to basement family room!. When i spoke with them about it they did not apologise or refund me. I reported all that to Booking.com and nothing happened as well.

pools are great for kids people smoke in places where it is not allowed. also near the children's pool

The food is very bad. Very cheap. I could eat only fruits for 2 weeks. It was very disgusting. Very bad energy overall. I stayed for 2 weeks here. I don't recommend coming here. 2 weeks before this trip i was at Kirman Belazur in Antalya paying same price. These two resorts don't compare.
