Front desk manager J***** was a helpful and considerate resource for my stay. I overheard him handle many challenges and able to provide an acceptable solution, based on facts recovered in the system and common sense. He shoul dbe commended for his courtesy and welcoming presence. Bravo J*****.

One thing that wenoticed, no body showed up to change bed sheets or towels even though we stayed continuously for 3 nights in same room. We had to request one time oustide hours and got extra towels. This should be improved

Our stay was brief and we didn’t get to try out many of the amenities, but my kids loved their soccer ball waffles. The room was clean and recently updated, all of the staff we met were kind and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

The staff was so kind, helpful and welcoming from the moment we walked in. My kids loved the pool and I loved the hot tub. Perfect after a long drive. The whole property was well-maintained and the rooms were nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast was great! Lots of options. Would definitely stay again!

The property was one of the cleanest mid family hotels we've ever stayed at. Traveling for sports and the ice machine worked and breakfast was great. They need to update the pool and hot tub. Also create privacy for those swimming from people checking in.
