Location, location, location!! N/A

Excellent location right on the beach, close to attractions and places to eat and shop. The beds were squeaky getting in and out of but comfortable enough to sleep on. Previous reviews had said the sheets were scratchy which they were but being summer and warm I slept on top of covers and put a tee shirt on my pillow.

Amazing beachfront location just a few buildings down from the pier. Location doesn’t get much better than this! It was clean and staff super friendly. Only suggestion is for there to be a hair dryer and full length mirror in the rooms. Bed was ok, not super comfy. Air conditioning was cold, but loudly kicking on and off all night. Neighbors were loud and woke us up many times.

Staff where all very nice. Room was very clean, and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The beach was only footsteps away from our room. We had great time. That we only stayed for 3 days.

On the beach. Close to the pier and downtown. Parking is very tight. Room is slightly outdated and could use some upgrades. Ceiling & walls.

Good price for being on the beach. Didn’t have to waste time doing the whole logistics to get to the beach. I was right there!! Beds could be more comfortable

Location was fantastic! Clean. Quiet. It could use some type of outdoor water, a faucet or shower or hose or something to rinse the sand off. The WiFi didn’t work in our room at all, if I stepped outside onto the deck it worked, the second I stepped inside it would kick me out and not work. The room was a dead zone for any type of WiFi or service.

We loved that it was an ocean front room and that the neighbors were very friendly the place was kept up clean We love everything

The location is great to be close to the pier, Main Street , all the happenings one would want , but if you desired quiet or secluded it’s not for you , the proximity to the beach is perfect Rooms are decent but VERY dated , all of old orchard beach is very dated but yet historic at the same time , it’s a tourist destination if you want the quiet secluded beaches of Maine , this is not it

The location is great. Right on the beach ⛱️. There are plenty of food options in walking distance. Also next to the pair. Again, you're right on the Beach I know about supply and demand, but they can offer a lower price.

The room was just okay. A big hump in the floor, not sure why. The staff at the desk was lovely. Parking was good. We will be back!
