Location, friendly staff, cleanliness. Shower stall is pretty small. Okay for a 3 day weekend.

Pool was small but clean and comfortable. Room was also very clean and set up well. Location is very close to the beach and a short walk to downtown. Very heavy-footed person in the room above us and we were happy when they went to bed.

Not the businesses fault but very noisy…. between the train passing through and car doors slamming…I didn’t get much rest. Parking is very tight. The location to the beach was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, but had a strong odor. We had a hard time sleeping on the bed, which felt like springs were poking up throughout the bed. We found out that the mattress was upside down. I awoke several times to people yelling outside the room. We liked the location and how close it was to the beach. It was nice to have a small kitchen space.

It was perfect! Quick walk to the beach with available beach toys/ and chairs that we forgot to bring. Always clean towels available. Super great stay

This was and will be my go to destination!! It was right on the beach and in pristine condition with some of the best views I have ever had in old orchard beach as well as some of the best people I’ve ever had take care of me in oob so I would recommend this place to anyone who loves a great hotel and loves great people!!
