Grand Beach Inn

Front office staff was sumper friendly and accomadting! Parking was a little tight in a Truck when we came back from dinner there was only 2 spaces to pick from and both where super tight. Overall a great place- this was our second time staying here and we will be back again.

Loved the location, the staff and the restaurant onsite. Beds were very comfortable and room was a good size

The staff was friendly. They had live music in the evening. Short walk to the beach. Room was clean. The room had no kitchen area or room service phone. It was noisy at night, thin walls. Parking spaces were a little tight. The main room light didnt work, only had one small lamp for light.

you would think if you are renting something for 8+ people with a kitchen it would be equipped with kitchen that can handle cooking for that many people. Very tiny pans and not many to pick from. No paper towels at all. Dish washer door didn't open all the way

The beach is across the street. Restaurant on site. Trolley stop. No curtains so it was very bright at night with all the security lights on. Heat pump was loud. Ice machine was broken had to buy ice at the restaurant.

The area is great! Great pool and band The stove burners didn’t work all at the same time. I wasted alot of food and we spent over 100 in lobster and couldn’t make all the food at the same time. There was two forks for all 8 of us. Not a lot of supplies if you’re trying to save money by cooking there. No ac in down stairs bedroom :

Family of 7, 1 limited walking senior citizen one disabled w cane waiting for Knee replacement surgery.40 year old son w / terminal metastasized Cancer !! Misleading info on their site , using Old Orchard ( town ) as Old Orchard Beach. Their beach is actually Pine Point ! Not walking distance to Palace Playland, Old Orchard Beach, & Amtrak. ALL under 5 minute walks =False ! Palace Playland & Amtrak correct. NOT Old Orchard Beach NOT motel ! Took us all over hour to WALK 2 Motel 4.5 miles! When arrived couldnt believe it DEFINATELY NOT Resort ! Right & left sides immigrant living rooms? Mid section were the rooms rented out 3 floors.Traveling family of 7 did NOT have rooms together.Door in our room to make a suite was rented to someone else!Our 2nd room was 3rd floor NO elevator!Our room on ground level stunk of mildew any cupboards couldn't put anything in kept closed stink very powerful ! 1" water toilet leak in bathroom.Coffee pot didnt work 4 people 2 cup coffee 2 shampoo cond.Standard full beds not Queen.1 had swollen bump across mattress Pd 2 resort fees @ arrival NO RESORTPool wasnt opened on check out day for hour b4 check out.Too small other times of day 2 sided rooms time share? full Kids couldn't use ages 16-40 Couldnt C ocean from motel, OLD bldg.across streetPine Point notOOB.Condos in front/blocking ALL NEGATIVE &More

They have updated the property since we stayed there last and it is so much better! The rooms are comfy and kept very clean. It has a much more comfortable and relaxed vibe than it used to. I think it draws in a different kind of crowd now. The parking is always going to be a hinderance but, they’re doing the best they can with what they’ve got. However, numbered spaces would be great. This way you’re never fighting for a space here or there…you just always have one.
