Room was not as described. It was very dusty/dirty. Sheets were not cleaned. Hair in the tub. There was a large gap next to the AC, you could see directly outside. Had to leave and go somewhere else.

Can’t beat the location if you like the action of the pier, amusement park, restaurants, etc

Location Location Location priced for exactly what you get.

The location of the motel and pool was the best. We had a great time and would consider staying here again

The location was great. They had plenty of parking for my trailer and motorcycle with no extra fees. The manager,(Feruke) was well spoken, very professional and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay there again! Also, the pricing was very reasonable for that area!…. I have no immediate complaints

There was a lot of step broken in the room. There was a hole in the wall hole in closet tub had mold in it. The bathroom window was open when we arrived. There was no screen. It was supposed to be a coffee pot. It was one K cup for two night stay for two people in the coffee pot did not work. There was nothing good about this room and tree noise all night long you cannot sleep. The neighbors were noisy. It was just a bad motel.

Quick walk to the beach, amusement park, and restaurants. Parking was convenient. Staff was very helpful as my family was coming from a late afternoon Red Sox Game in Boston., I wasn't to sure if we were gonna make it by the time office closed for check out.

Dirty and rundown. Shower was moldy. AC was filthy inside. Pool chairs were broken. Railings on balcony were loose. Tv was hard to use. Beds were uncomfortable. Whole place needed an update and a deep clean. Would never stay here again.

This motel was for lack than a better word, falling apart. The beds were small and very uncomfortable to sleep in. I would not recommend staying here.

The motel was not as clean as I would have liked. They need to warn people of the train that goes by at 3:30 am.

Un séjour très agréable le personnel très sympathique .la chambre quand même assez propre. Petit bémol avec le plancher. Mais nous y retourneront .

Location I ended up driving back home 3 hours due to how disgusting the room was. It smelled so bad the second we walked into the room. Musty and dirty smell. The room was all outdated. The beds were old, falling apart, stained. There was soap scum all over the shower. The walls were paper thin. The walls were dirty. The list goes on and on. I can’t believe the amount of money they charge.

Nice location, friendly staff I felt uncomfortable sleeping there, stains everywhere, bugs. No shower curtain, just a liner and no mention of a train that passes literally right behind the motel until after being booked.. wouldn’t stay again.

Our rooms were clean and updated and right across the street from the beach. Advertised that a restaurant was on site and there was no restaurant. Only 1 partially used roll of toilet paper in each of our 3 rooms and there is no one onsite after 8pm so we had to borrow toilet paper amongst our 3 rooms. Upon reservation we asked for all 3 rooms to be together and in the top floor. 1 room was the farthest to the left upstairs and the other was the farthest to the right downstairs. There were signs everywhere for no smoking but they allowed a group of 20 women to sit outside in the parking lot and smoke marijuana and cigarettes from 6am-12am so badly that our upstairs room with 2 and 4 year old children smelled like a frat party. The train also goes by 2-3 times from midnight to 4am every night and woke our smaller children up every time. There were extremely young staff that were so friendly but they did nothing about the substances stinking up everyone’s rooms on the second floor and unless you sought them out and/or knocked on doors it was difficult to even get needed toilet paper and clean towels.
