Flamingo Hotel & Spa - Pet Friendly

The hotel grounds are beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by lush greenery. There are several swimming pools, and the property looks very attractive from the outside, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, my stay did not meet my expectations in several other areas. There was no room service or housekeeping during my stay, and there was no iron or ironing service available. Parking was not available, and communication was sometimes difficult as many of the staff did not speak English. The room cleanliness needs significant improvement. The rooms only provided toilet paper, with no facial tissues or basic bathroom amenities. The furniture appears very old and outdated, and the internet connection was extremely poor and often unusable. Regarding the food, I would not generally recommend it, although the pizza was quite good.

In the check in the rooms wasn’t ready it was 30 min late Theres no valet for the cars The service is too slow They don’t provide towels in the pool and u cant take out the rooms towels No wi fi and the connection for ur own mobile is not that good

Breakfast was amazing. It is an animal friendly hotel. They took care of street cats and dogs. Our room was in a separate building which was located on a hill. There was no elevator, the wifi connection was very poor. They don't provide additional towel for pool. The most annoying part was we were not allowed to us the fancy pool that you can see in the pictures. They said it is only for bungalow guests. They should have stated it clearly in the explanations. the descriptions and pictures are deceiving

This hotel is absolutely lovely. One of the prettiest in the area that we saw. The pools and hotel grounds were beautiful.

Flamingo Hotel & Spa is a beautifully designed space where every detail feels intentional. The architecture and interior design create a calm, elegant atmosphere that makes you feel instantly relaxed. The combination of modern touches and warm materials gives the hotel a unique personality — it’s both chic and comfortable. Everything was spotless, the staff were friendly, and the overall vibe made it hard to leave. A perfect place to unwind and appreciate good design. I was disappointed to see parrots and other animals kept on the property as entertainment. Beautiful places like this don’t need animals that should be free to make guests happy. It felt out of place in an otherwise sophisticated and relaxing environment.

The rooms could be more comfortable, especially the bed, which was not very easy to sleep on. The Wi-Fi didn’t work during our stay, which made things difficult, and the staff could have been a bit more helpful. Improving these points would really make the experience much better for future guests.

A very pleasant and neat hotel with interesting rooms and nice pools. Conveniently located near the Dead Sea, our stay with kids was comfortable. The only nuance is the multi-level territory, so you need to use the stairs. Overall, we really enjoyed it!

the hotel design is very beautiful and photogenic. beautiful pool and bar area. didn't understand their towel policy. they dont provide towels for the pool!.

The rooms and toiletteries were basic. The staff was too rigid and refused to give us an extra bed sheet because we thought the blanket provided was too hot

Beautiful architecture, very well designed and decorated. Very inhospitable, terrible value for the price. Don’t fall for their ads. They operate like a business to make as much money as possible, don’t care about their guests at all. Please research their policies and read reviews about this place before you go. Absolutely no wifi in rooms (we had to rent a dongle), cannot eat or drink in your room unless you buy bad food from their overpriced restaurant, advertised areas not open to most guests.

I wish there was more fresh fruits selection and available plain water at the caffeteria I could not charge my phone in the room, if the room card was not inserted for power on

The hotel territory is very nice and cozy, staff is friendly, good breakfasts, perfect location. Mattresses are hard and there was very strong sewege smell in the bathroom.

Pool and restaurant area were very clean The location of the hotel is within walking distance to the beach The staff in the restaurant area was very friendly and helpful. We had a treatment in the spa (massage) and really liked it. The furniture in the standard rooms is very old and need to be replaced (tarnished mirrors, dirty grout in the bathroom). There is only one bedspread, which is made of an unpleasant material and does not feel great on the skin. There was hair from the previous guests in our shower. The staff at the reception made the appearance of being bored - we were only shortly welcomed and there was very little information provided. We approached the reception two times and did not get helpful information (we asked for restaurants and ATM). The coffee offered during breakfast was horrible (probably instant coffee), so we ordered coffee from the better machine in the bar area which we had to pay extra.

great location, grounds of the hotel are gorgeous. I didn't like that we were not provided with pool towels, staff wasn't helpful when we asked them about towels and they directed us to shop, we had to purchase the towels which is kind of ridiculous when there are 2 pools for hotel guests and a Spa. That is the only downside to our stay.

A piece of paradise staff can't do enough for you food amazing definitely be back

The place is wonderful, the hotel area is magnificent Pools, all trees, parrots ?

Breakfast was good. Wifi was dropping off constantly. The location advertised on the map is misleading. Property location is advertised much closer to beach on booking.com but it’s at the far end of the town which is a 20 min walk
