Kevser Inn Hotel

The location was very good and central to everything, the room was clean and also was cleaned everyday, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good The bathroom needs renovation, it is the only thing that bothered us during our stay.

Staff, breakfast and the room

Lovely, new hotel in Ölüdeniz! The staff in reception were kind and welcoming and spoke perfect English. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, with views over the veranda and pool. The hotel is a few minutes’ walk to a main street, where you catch minibuses down to the beach. The breakfast buffet in the morning was massive, tons of options. I’d highly recommend Casa de Levissi!

This property is right on the Lycian way trail. Very friendly stuff and clean.

The location and the breakfast are very good. There are some things should be inside room: 1- Written paper shows the breakfast time and the facilities of the hotel. 2- Tissues 3- List of clothes launder prices

All of stuff who works there are amazing, very kind , they are good in English and very helpful, Ece is really kind and beautiful lady who helped us alot , and I recommend this hotel , close to center, and wonderful breakfast and foods are in high quality and fresh .. I enjoyed alot.

Staff very friendly, especially Eçe and Joseph. Hotel was in a very great location compared to the main entertainment street. The pool had a lovely slide that we used, and the water was nice and clean. The breakfast provided a lot of options, but it felt like some things were missing from the menu. (Not their fault, perhaps we just missed the days where there could have been better food suited to our needs.) There were quite a few glaring issues, which is not the fault of the main staff, but moreso the management. From the missing door (!) in our family apartment, which could work if you have small kids, but we were all adults over the age of 25 which made it quite awkward and uncomfortable with noise as one side wanted to maybe watch something and the other, to sleep. The finishing touches on the rooms were shoddy, but clean enough. No bugs or bed bugs, but there were shoe marks on the ceiling in one spot. Beds were uncomfortable, but could be slept on. Air conditioning stopped working at one point, but we just left it running and it started working eventually. The bathroom handle was dangerous and my mother cut herself when closing the door. The hooks in the bathroom were crooked and the shower head was kind of difficult to use as if you tried switching from the handle shower head to the overhead one, you could almost unscrew the pipes trying to make it work. There were no photos on the website to show the kind of room we would be checking into, only one image they used for all rooms. When we requested to check if they could do something for the door, we were asked to come back after check out time to see if they could arrange something. (I can only assume they would have gotten a door from an unused room...?)

In the whole restaurant, smoking is allowed - that's not a good standard. Free parking is outside the hotel on the street. And our car was scratched. There is no information in the room on how to connect to the Wi-Fi.

We had the most amazing stay at Casa de Levissi – what truly made it unforgettable was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly and treated like family. Everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and genuinely caring – especially towards our two small children. It honestly felt like staying with loved ones. Every morning, we were greeted with smiles from Ece, Yusuf, Rose, and all the wonderful waiters – nothing was ever too much for them. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with something for everyone. The tables were always cleaned promptly, and the whole hotel was spotless throughout our stay. The pools were fantastic – we had so much fun as a family. One evening there was entertainment which was great for all ages. The staff also helped us book an excursion and always had lovely recommendations for places to go and things to do. I would definitely return here again, but more than anything, I just want to say a big, big thank you to all the staff for welcoming us with such love and warmth. You truly made our stay special. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and big, and the bed was very comfortable. The facilities were great, our son enjoyed the pool a lot, they have 2 so not many people at the same time. Breakfast was great, staff at the bar and restaurant very nice too. The location is ideal, 100 meters away from the crowd, you don't hear anything and the views to the mountain are unbelievable. Will go back! The internet is not great from the room but it's ok.
