Ölüdeniz Turquoise Hotel

Impeccably clean resort with incredibly delicious and diverse food! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Special shout-out to the entertainers for always being full of energy and giving their best to make everyone's stay even more pleasant!

It felt very friendly and homey to stay there. It was great! The food was amazing too. Hm not really anything to nag about here

We had an all inclusive booking for 3 nights, and we were extremely disappointed by the food. The food quality and taste are well below average. The bar tenders have zero experience in making good cocktails, I had to explain to them how to do a proper Gin Tonic! If you book in this hotel I highly recommend to skip all inclusive and eat somewhere else. I appreciate the efforts this hotel is trying to make but they should step it up and improve the experience.

Had the most amazing stay at Turquoise hotel! From reception, restaurant, entertainment to cleaning staff, all were so welcoming and provided a service with a smile!! This is so important to me and can ruin holidays if staff are miserable! Ayten, the lovely lady at reception always had a warm, cheerful outlook and so did the lady in the evening. It is truly all inclusive, vast amount of selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner and drinks/snacks available till 4pm. Location extremely convenient, with the beach and shop all within 5 mins walk. Staff were always ready to help. My son had a nasty cough few days into holiday. The manager (Ersan) was happy to provide honey lemon to soothe his throat. Lovely gesture. Cannot recommend their in house spa and wellness turkish bath enough. Adam was extremely accomodating/helpful and Semira is excellent at her craft! The medical massage was amazing! Thank you for a lovely stay. Will be returning and also recommending to family staff. A recommendation, perhaps consider a smart tv in rooms.

Good location, amazing food, great staff. A special mention to John in the entertainment team. He really goes out of his way to make guests feel welcome and he's always ready with a smile and to make you laugh. The rooms are cleaned daily and the housekeeping team work really hard. And another special mention to Ahmed on security. He is always smiling and is such a nice guy Water aerobics would have been good but we stayed at the beginning of season so things were just warming up.

The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The al la Carte manager went all out to spoil us for our anniversary dinner. Can't wait to go back next year.

I would like to thank the wonderful staff, Mr. Baran and Mr. Bayram for letting us stay until 2 p.m and excellent service. Everything was good, food, view, service, staff, room. Thanks a lot. I would definitely be back to this hotel. Wi-Fi in the room was not good enough, we had to go to the swimming pool area to be online

Staff were great and always accomodating. Facilities are great. All around great service and quality. Food (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) were all great and varied throughout our stay.

Ich mag das hotel und es war richtig schön Before leaving we asked for breakfast because our flight was very early but unfortunately they didn't prepare it.

The food was nice in the restaurant, ice creams were lovely , entertainment, ok , pool nice The Vodca was horrible and it wasn’t very level , lots of steps , not much choice from the pool snacks ,

Exceptional

A small hotel, 3-storey buildings are located around the pool. The room is absolutely standard, clean, cleaning every day. Minimal animation, for me it is a plus. From the sea 15-20 minutes; the nearest city beach is not very nice. There is a transfer to a nicer beach. I didn't like the food. Everything is fine overall, but I wouldn't say it's tasty. The Internet doesn't work in the room, only by the pool and at the reception.

Personel was very kind, willing to help with everything. Food also was very delicious with big variety. Nice view from the balcony! At first night we stayed in a room other than the one which we have payed which was also not proper for our baby. However next day the director helped us and solved the problem. The builduing facilities are not the newest, there are not enough ways for a baby carriage (our room was in the first floor and we had to carry it every time). The restaurant was not good ventilated so the smell and heat was annoying most times. Shuttle buses to the private beach were not often so we had to take a taxi if we wanted to return back earlier (not also the easiest)

Hotel is old, beds were hard. I had a bad experience with the chef not wanting to accommodate my dietary needs . He was very rude about it on two occasions but very very rude the second time around. He refused to accommodate
