The owner, staff and location is perfect. There is a strong pungent smell in the toilet, most likely emanating from a sewage issue and also the internet is one of the weakest I have encountered in Turkey but maybe that is due to the lack of fiber optic in Oludeniz.

Friendly staff, home feeling. No drinking water bottles

Great beds, shower. Very spacious. Amazing terrace, but might be loud when there are people in the pool in summer. Free parking in the street. Aircon with heater function, towels, shampoo, toilet paper was all there. Staff is nice but communication is very difficult, even with Google translate. We'd come again anyways. They charged us 1,60€ more per night. No communication possible with staff so nothing we could do. The apartment lacks basic amenities: no dishwasher tabs and soap, or sponge. No oil. Only salt. Only one pan and one pot. It might be important for some to know that the stairs to the apartment are incredibly steep, deep and numerous.

Shower doors were broken, and shower couldn’t be closed. Also, shower was a bit dirty in the corners, there was quite a bit of mould. Additionally, the wifi was horrible. There was barely any signal in our room, and when it was there, the internet was so slow that we ended up using our mobile data instead. The staff were very uninterested and not so polite. When we first arrived we had a feeling we were a burden to the people welcoming us, it was uncomfortable. And when we were leaving, there was no questions whether we liked the hotel or we had a nice stay, they just asked about the keys and that’s literally it. It’s an apartment hotel, we didn’t expect the room cleaning. Nobody mentioned room cleaning. There was no sign at the room to put outside not to disturb us. And yet, when we arrived to our room the second day they obviously cleaned our room. I mean, they could have told us so we don’t leave all our valuables and personal things laying around the room. If we knew, we would have asked them not to clean our room since we stayed only 2 nights. The complex is quite badly kept up. There’s lots of tall grass, random things laying around, trees are not shaped and cut properly, it does not look well maintained. There is a pool, we didn’t try it, it looked clean, but it’s really really small. There is no private parking, only street parking in front of the complex. And to be clear, it’s not a street parking, but you literally leave the car on the side of the road. The neighbourhood is quiet so it’s not a problem, just be aware. Overall, this place has a lot of potential to be great, but many small things added up, which resulted in a okay experience. I’m not expecting anything wow, but staff politeness, service, good wifi, and working shower doors are not much to ask for, these are the basics.

It's not that I didn't like, just got worried when noticed Check-in times before arrival. However, the host replied on WhatsApp instantly, and it looks like there is no problem checking in anytime.

The facility is great compared to its price. The location is fairly good, about 8 minutes drive to the beach and close to necessary shopping facilities. The room is spacious. The staff is friendly but not always on site. A bot hard to find anyone to help with some inquiries after checking in. The quilt is too thin for the weather.

This apart hotel was perfectly located just near the start of the Lycian Way — exactly what we were looking for. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It also offered great value for money. A solid choice for anyone planning to explore the Lycian trail!

The property was in a great location and had most of the things we needed. It was serviced every other day and we had a change of sheets once during our 6 night stay and daily change of towels everyday. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only irritant were the people above us who were quite noisy until late at night and dragged the chairs across the floor which was very loud.

Big and cosy room, all working, all clean. Very hospitable and cheerful Nihan, who meat us and gave us a kettle, when we needed a tea:) I also liked the design of tge room, big window, warm balcony... And the whole property looked tidy and made with love. It was looking even better then on the photo on booking (that is unusual).

Large apartment with 2 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, romantic fireplace. A huge terrace with barbecue and views of the surrounding mountains and the town. The air conditioners in all rooms work perfectly in heating mode - you can safely go in winter. If we are still in Oludeniz, we will definitely try to get here. maybe aparts not very modern and fresh - but it doesn't matter for us

Hospitality, location, scenery and cozyness. All good
-
Large apartment. No mosquito protection on windows and doors. One coat hanger for two bedrooms Too many stairs. I had informed host I had limited mobility Old hairdryer in small wet room ( dangerous?) Wire stretched across small balcony- dangerous

The apartment itself was nice, good terrace. There was no hot water although we asked more than 5 times they informed us that we need to check fuses. After we checked they ask us to wait 30 min and let them know. We exactly did the same thing, however there was no person when we asked. In the morning we asked the person in the reception and they said the person who was supposed to fix didn’t show up. It was not an unexpected situation, they did nothing to fix our problem, they didn’t try to replace our apartment with any other, after we check out they didn’t even reply again.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, recently renovated, and beautifully decorated. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the spacious balcony provided a great spot to work. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. A special mention goes to the wonderful host who made sure everything was good Initially, there was no kettle or cups in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. The plumbing was a bit old, but overall it didn’t affect the stay too much.
