Pool was lovely. Everywhere spotless! Beds comfortable and rooms spacious. We had a car so being able to park outside was great. Breakfast had a great choice. Play area and kiddie pool great Only negative was the smell of cigarette smoke which I suspect may have been coming through our air con unit from a neighbouring room!

The location is very good, at the top of the strip. Free transfer to some beaches and back. Pool well maintained and quite nice. Very expensive. Paid nearly £1K for a week for a tiny double room in July having advised the hotel that it’ll be two adults and a child. No messages prior to arrival were responded. When we arrived there was a double bed for adults and something what looked like a shelf for my child to sleep on. They tried to charge me for an extra bed on arrival which I refused to pay and shown the booking where it clearly stated that we are entitled to an extra bed foc. The room is totally inadequate for 3 people, tiny. Breakfast is very very limited, served from 8 til 10, not exactly enough time if you’re going on a day trip. Variations of egg, pancakes sometimes, only two types of fruit, one type of yogurt and cereal, olives. Not much at all. The hotel desperately needs a facelift.

The property was close to the beach and to the shopping centers but far enough from the noise. - It looks way worse in reality. - For hot water you need to wait around 5 minutes. - The bed is really unconfortable. - The staff is unresonable. We booked 1 week and had to leave after 2 nights because a medical emergency. There was no way to get at least a part of our money back. They said to talk with booking, booking contacted them and they didn’t respond.

Really good breakfast with many options, differweach day, Didn't use it but there is swimming pool for kids and adults, Bilard Room. Cleaning everyday Nice location, close to all the city life, but far enough to feel relaxed Musi from bar was played till long hours after midnight, which didn't let me sleep. Even if staff said they'll switch off at midnight, they didn't. Well... They need to satisfy one British guy who is drinking beer till 3 am, but why so loud? Rooms were nice, but you could hear everything from outside, no soundproof at all, you could sneeze, and neighbor could say bless you! A/C didn't work properly, always some issues with that. Missing warm water under shower

We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff are always nice and helpful, both receptionists and bartenders. The price-quality ratio corresponded to local conditions. I rate the location of the hotel very positively. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach. A "busy area" full of bars and restaurants starts 100 meters from the hotel, but it wasn't bothersome at all. There was always plenty of food for breakfast and nothing was ever missing. We would definitely come again xxx The only minus is, there was no fridge in the room. Personally we were disappointed with the beach at Blue lagoon, but of course that is not the fault of the hotel :)

The property had a good size pool. the room was a good size! the room stunk of sewage, the bathroom window was far too high to reach to open, the air con didn’t work and the toilet wouldn’t flush and despite reporting they didn’t get fixed! this meant the whole room when showering would become red hot but you could do nothing to lower the temperature.
