No hot water , no cubicle

NOTHING Never again will we stay in this place, it was disgusting and filthy. The staff we're rude and ignorant. On arrival we where left to sit in reception for over an hour in the early hours of the morning waiting to check in. No one offered to clean out room or give us clean towels until we had to ask for them. The pool was dirty and cold, and the showers in your room weren't much better! Even a complete refund wouldn't make up for the state of the place.

Close to restaurants and the dolmus for the lycian way. AC working. Not very clean, bathroom smelled weird. Intermittent internet.

Location. Exept location, everything was terrible. Instead of double bed I received 3 separated beds and had to move room second night. Both rooms were dirty and stained. Beddings were old and dirty, no toilet paper in both rooms. Had to change the light bulb in the second room because I was tall which was funny, breakfast low level, cutlery was dirty, tables had maybe 2 year old crumbs in the texture.. just... I could keep going, and you should keep scroling for a different hotel ?

Hot water can be a problem if there is no sun. bathroom need some fixing.

After arriving at the hotel at a time when check in was already possible, we were told that we had to wait, that the room was not yet ready. We waited 30 minutes, they said it would be ready in an hour. We came after two hours and the room was still not ready, and we had to wait almost another hour. The arrangement at the reception was quite chaotic, and this waiting was not pleasant at all.

I like our apartment, facilities, location (close to the beach, Lycian way and bus stop to Fethiye). The pool was clean and warm (in May),so if the weather is not so good for the beach you could stay by the pool and enjoy. They have a bar and kitchen,so they could provide food and beverages during your stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will recommend this place to my friends, I will be happy to be there again.

Staff is so welcoming and helpful - we were able to use kitchenware for preparing our own breakfasts and lunches, and they helped us with the dolmus schedule and pointed us to the bus stop as well. The room was clean and the blanket they gave us was so soft and fresh - I think this is the first hotel I’ve been to that seems to regularly wash the top blanket! They also had the sweeeetest pup Luna. She will give you a warm welcome and a couple kisses, if you seek her out. None - location was excellent
