There was lack of all common recources. Wifi was horrible and the bed was very uncomfortable. There werent even proper blankets. In all 3 of the rooms we had gotten some of the lights were broken in all.

First, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Ahmed and Muhammed were especially great. Even the maids were friendly and helpful. Additionally, the location is perfect, the lobby is a great place to hang out, and the restaurant food from the menu is really good. I liked the self-serve beer cooler in the lobby, too. Bed has a sheet on the bottom, and I tiny, thin cover on top (only 1 sheet). The "blanket" does not cover from foot to neck. I stayed twice, and had to get extra sheets so there was one and bottom and top, and so I wouldn't wake up freezing at night. Buffet breakfast decent, but not really my type of food.

Perfect location. Great staff. Really good included breakfast. Good food. Maybe it’s a cultural thing here and I come from a land of waste and excess, but a sheet to cover myself and a blanket that fully covers the bed should be included in a hotel stay. They were nice enough to give me a sheet and another half cover. It took a couple nights to figure out any AC was too cold and heat was too hot. It just gets a little cool early in the mornin (gives a full comer MTBH :) ). Ear plugs and white noise needed, great location.

The location is excellent and just 3 walking distance from the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful, specifically Mohamed and Ahmed.

Location, beach, staff service Rooms are old, upper floors are too hot (like sauna), A/C didn't work one night, breakfast is very basic with almost no protein options, hotel looks bigger on the pictures, too expensive for these amenities

Very close to the beach The first floor of the room is lower than the swimming pool and lacks privacy, less five meters away from the pool. The room type provided is different from what I booked, and they argued that the room price is higher. I request the room type I have booked. Reply that I can check out if I don't want to stay. After I agreed, the front desk said that i can leave and the money will not be refunded. This is the most rude service I have ever encountered. He ridiculously arranged the Chinese and Koreans in the basement and on the first floor, while the Europeans were on higher floors.I am well aware of the thoughts of the front desk attendant. I expressed my dissatisfaction, but he completely ignored the perfunctory work and did not improve. The room is completely different from the photos they provided on the website.The facilities in the room are also very poor, with outdated and yellowed air conditioning and lighting fixtures. There are many clothes hangers belonging to the clothing store in the wardrobe, which are messy. There are many new bright hotels around this hotel with good prices. This hotel is obviously much older, it's a bad choice.
