Orka Sunlife Resort hotel and Aquapark

The food was good The people at the frontdesk are so disrespectful and unprofessional, the rooms had ants and it doesn’t worth the money.. would it recommend it to any one. Worst resort I have been to.

The pool area and slides and the entertainment at night The lift up to the rooms is terrible and always break down and cannot handle the amount of people going up and down daily it’s the worst lift ever seen!

The hotel staffs particularly Ariana , Boran , Hassan also house keeping staffs ( Yasamin) were too friendly and helpful Thanks to all in Arka Sunlife hotel We enjoyed a lot staying at this hotel Definitely will be back again Mahmoud

Hotel has Perfect landscape, staff are amazingly nice. Facilities are perfectly fitting for all visitors even we were in full season. Foods varieties are quite enough and delicious.

The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was poor. The food options were very limited, with little variety during meals. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely weak — it didn’t work in the room and was barely available in other parts of the hotel. The gym had no air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the service during meals was disappointing; some staff members seemed more focused on getting tips than providing proper service.

Location, facilities, views Pool were a bit cold

I stayed at Orka Sunlife Resort and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The resort is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was organized perfectly. It’s a relaxing and pleasant place to stay. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.

I really enjoyed the view. We were fortunate we got a sea view room and at the first building as well. This means we didn't have much stairs to reach our room. This resort is located at a cliff and if you are assigned to a room at the top, you will have to rely on a elevator that may not work on rainy days. We never saw this elevator stopped, but we did not face any rain either. The drinks and food were delicious. The wifi at the room was really bad. It was not possible to connect. Also, they assigned to us initially a room that was occupied and we had to wait for quite a while for another room. We got happy with the final room, but the cleanliness was not good at all. The bathroom was smelly and it was missing key and basic amenities for a 5 star hotel, such as shampoo. During the whole stay we never got the shampoo refilled.

We have been so lucky that our chosen room gets upgraded, otherwise it could be a terrible holiday ever. Staff behaved very nicely. Facilities were minimal but fare enough to the price that we paid. The weakest things was foods and beverages. It was not a single fresh coffee bureau Machin in the hotel and there were just old fashion ready made coffee machines in the hotel. Hotel infrastructure is a bit old. Sometimes sweets and fruits were not be fresh at the daily serving hours.( breakfast, lunch, dinner)

The facility was good The room was bad and the cleaning staff was not good at all. I needed to clean the room by myself. I think also with ppl going to visit this much they need to put some new furniture. Bed was so old and I gutted my leg with the corner several times. I mean who would have a bed with a sharp corners with a kiss it’s dangerous. I didn’t like the room at all and it was so dirty

We were upgraded to luxury room and our stay was exepcional.We did like that resort was out of town but still easy reachable by taxi.We had some tríps and we were just so happy with everything.Food was really delicious and staff was friendly we enjoyed do much resort that some days didn’t feel like to go for some tours and trips.

Beds are not comfort , food 5/10

They can't communicate well with people at all. When I tried to explain my problem, they made fun of me.

Bathrooms was not cleaned well with bad smell most of the time

View from balcony was amazing, room configuration is great for couple to relax and enjoy time together, we were there with our son and it's not so convenient for three people Shower drain was not working so I asked to fix it but nobody came to do that well not a big deal for two days stay but still spoils overall picture

It has a good view to oludeniz and has little lower temperature than the other areas of oludeniz
