Comfort Inn & Suites Omaha Central

My first clue should have been the family leaving with all of their stuff at midnight when we arrived. Everything was old and worn, our toilet paper holder was barely attached to the wall. The tub was rusted and did not look clean. The beds seemed clean enough so we stayed as we were leaving in just a few hours. The breakfast was decent, amazingly, but we will never go back.

The room had an awful smell, like something had died in it. The bathroom was awful, I refused to shower in it, when the shower was on it flooded the floor, there was mold on the wall in the shower, the ceiling had large, wet stains on it, the walls in shower were filthy with some kind of red streaks all over and the floor baseboards were disgusting. The curtains had red stains on them, and the carpet was so old and gross, I wouldn’t dare have taken my shoes off. The only good thing was that the bed sheets were clean. The outside had cigarette butts everywhere and if you got there in the evening, there was nowhere to park. The pool might have been nice to use except there were so many kids, you couldn’t even relax. They should let adults use it after 10 pm instead of locking it up. Don’t bother calling the front desk, no one answers and the customer service was terrible, rude or non existent. I would have gone somewhere else if I had not spent over 300 for two nights already. It should be shut down. Don’t waste your money!

The staff was great to work with. The hotel could use a lot of updates. The doors had to literally be body slammed to open or close and were very loud. This place could use a lot of updates.

AC didn’t work well.

Terrible hotel, terrible service

The rooms are old and in poor condition and dirty. Carpet frayed, & everything was unacceptable. Beggers in the parking lot. Loud air conditioning.

room was rough. curtains were ripped, door latch(security) was broken and hanging by a few screws. a/c made weird noises in the night. breakfast was good.

Room wasn't clean very well, holes in the walls, paint chipping and cracking in bathroom. Pool area very dirty and water very cold even tho it's an inside pool. Hallways smelling of Weed through hotel. Ice machines not working and had to seach for one that was.

Staff was nice, however, facility was filthy, smelled, smoke alarm in room was just wires hanging, house cleaning came in at 8:30 in the morning of checkout when checkout was not until 11 am, first night police had to escort other guests out. Will never stay here again.

El hotel desde que entras al lobby huele horrible a cigarro y marihuana ,al igual que los elevadores y todos sucios ,la habitación toda la alfombra manchada de residuos ,el mini frío se descongelaba solo ,el lavamanos y la taza del baño sucios ,donde se ponen las toallas también ,parecía más una habitación llena de cucarachas con peste a cigarro ,sinceramente no volvería jamás

The first thing we noticed was a strong smell of weed, no matter where we went in the hotel. The hallways were poorly lit, and our door was broken. You had to push and pull at the same time to force it closed. There was a huge water stain on the ceiling and going down the wall, as well as a very questionable stain on the chair. The hot water took forever to heat up and ran slowly. But the worst was the cockroach that ran across the breakfast counter!! I will never stay here again!

Room was clean, but could use better toilet paper. Breakfast kind of sparse. Didn't have much contact with the staff, but when we did they were helpful.

I just expected better. The building & grounds were well maintained. The room was clean, however, the tub was too stained to consider using it. The toilet was extremely short and there were no accessibility bars. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. The muffins were frozen, there was no butter for toast, and the floor was sticky in multiple places. There didn’t appear to be any staff available to restock. With the number of guests, it would help to have two waffle makers.

Absolutely filthy and smells like cigarettes and whatever they are trying to cover that smell with. Lobby and breakfast area floors so sorry your shoes stick to them, room carpet was stained and frayed, curtains were missing, and sink didn't drain well. Clearly they have updated the bar minimum to keep their Comfort Inn flag.

The cleanliness standards were not met, and requests for assistance went unaddressed. Attempts to communicate with the staff proved unproductive due to a language barrier.

This place was awful. We stayed not even 12hrs mid early morning checkout. The air conditioning units were so loud we couldn't sleep. No way of making it not clunk & clatter. No one was at the desk when we checked out that early in the morning. Just a bucket on the desk to drop your key off. If you need a hotel just to sleep for 4hrs for a flight out find something else because you're not getting any sleep!!

The room was in terrible condition- unfinished repairs, things out of place and just overall not very clean. The breakfast ran out by 8:30 and there were no cups for coffee. I would be ok with these details however for $400-500 a night, I would expect better. I would not recommend staying here for that price.

Bathroom was not

This location was not well-maintained. While there was nothing necessarily wrong with the accommodations, the rooms lacked a polished feel. The paint was peeling from the walls, paint was chipping in the shower on the tub and during a storm there were leaks throughout the building.
