Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cherry by IHG

Place was fantastic!! People were helpful and very friendly! The complimentary breakfast was unbelievable!! Anything you could want for breakfast and more!! Only thing to complain about was the Jacuzzi was out of order.

Nice hotel.

The night clerk who checked us in was great but in the morning when we were ready to leave the morning clerk was nowhere to be found. Found him outside smoking. Bed was comfy but I woke up with 2 bug bites that luckily do not look like bedbugs, probably a spider. Buffet breakfast is on par with other hotels.

Honestly, I was very disappointed in my stay. I read a lot of the reviews so I had high hopes in staying at this property. Unfortunately, when I arrived, it wasn’t like the pictures and front desk staff and another gentleman we’re arguing about some smoking that was going at the front door and she was threatening to call the police. It was very off putting and loud. This caused a delay in check-in and some rooms that weren’t ready by the 3 PM check-in. Upon getting into our room the air conditioner was not working well we couldn’t adjust it at all. the setting was on low, but it was hot in our room. The front desk stated it was because it was too hot outside and nothing more The bathroom fan only worked sometimes and made a loud humming even when off. The thing I was looking forward to the most after reviews was the breakfast, but unfortunately, there were ants in the breakfast area by the food and one that happened to make it back on a plate that we took to our room. Needless to say I was pretty embarrassed that I invited someone to stay at this hotel with me in the condition that it was in, I was under the impression as well for the price that I paid that this was going to be a great stay, and unfortunately, it was far from that. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Room was clean and breakfast was good. It was bit pricey for the location, but it was the weekend.

Breakfast was undercooked and our room was dirty. Told front desk and they basically said since they were full we would have to deal with it and wouldn’t let us check out without charging us for the whole Stay
