Family Beach Rooms

The breakfast is very good and tasteful, the personnel is friendly and ready to help - you can ask them anything you want and need. The WiFi connection is stable. Everything is super clean. From our room we had a beautiful view to the sea. There is a supermarket about 200 -250 m away. The beach is 2-3 mins walking down and maybe 5 mins walking up. Nothing, all was good

The staff was super friendly. Very close to the beach. The weather was very hot, but the AC worked well.

Rooms are just as pictured. Dorm-style. Beds not too comfortable. AC worked fair (those in bed below were cold, those across the room were hot). The balcony didn't face the water - but you could see it from the side. You could walk to beach and shops/restaurants below easily. Parking out front was convenient. Need a reservation to eat there before 4 pm. Rooms were basic. If you are not expecting more, you won't be disappointed. Only one roll of toilet paper in bathroom :(

Beautiful view of the sea from our room. Granite floors in lobby. We took advantage of the half board and had dinner nightly overlooking the sea. Five minute walk to the beach.

We have stayed at this location in past. It was clean and perfect. That we let them know in advance our plans changed and they stated they were willing to let us credit our stay for a time in future that is compatable with or stay now. Not in high season. They then sent me a message that they changed their mind and totally dumped me and wouldn't credit any of my fee for a future booking. I was willing to take a lesser room for less people as well. I just think that bad business. If I never contacted them and then expected someting then yeah I get it but I told them weeks ahead and they knew I wasn't coming and had plenty of time to open the room and get people in there!

Location was superb, host was incredible, options for breakfast and proximity to super markets and other restaurants. Wifi was very poor, curtains were not dark so lights come very early, kind of disturbance in sleep.

Nice location with potential views. Equipped with A/C and nearby supermarket and a restaurant. There are nice beaches and rocky places to visit nearby. Breakfast options were diverse and with nice view. The place seemed to have been overbooked, and we did not receive a room with a sea view, so we stayed one night in a room without a view and another with a view. I was a bit disappointed, but the staff compensated for their mistake.

Location was ok, if you have a car. Omiš is about 15 minute drive away. Room furniture was old and the fridge was making strange noises.

Near the coast Parking is difficoult

The property had a beautiful view from the balcony, we had a nice breakfast. The property let itself down with little things that could of been easily sorted, a broken shower head, no hot water in the shower, bath Mat sized towels for showering and the air conditioning unit wasn’t working.

Exceptional

Good location, nice view, easy parking. Nice breakfast. Easy walk downhill to the sea. Good wifi and television for the kids. Friendly and helpful staff. Beds could use an upgrade.
