Great place, reasonable prices and won money at casino so pretty great stay all around

Good

I liked that the hotel and casino were separate which made it nice for young families.

They did offer to clean the room, the next day, however we had zoom calls scheduled. They made no other offers. The king bed had two giant indents in the mattress, very uncomfortable.

Great place to stay!

Using the elevators was a bit confusing. When I asked the gentleman at the counter how to open the doors he seemed annoyed. Needless to say I wasn’t the only one confused as there was a woman trying to activate the doors as well.

Room was decent but during the night the smell of weed and smoke was abundant. Very noisy kids running and yelling in halls at all hours. Kids in hot tub unsupervised.

The Grand Buffet was lacking . Food quality fair, dessert pecan pie awful, tasted like card board. Cost for room great.

When we checked in we were given a room that had not been made up and the towels in the bathroom had been used and were on the floor. They the reservation clerk gave us a lousy 2nd floor room overlooking a roof with some of their HVAC equipment on it. When it rained that night it made noise on the equipment, The small refrigerator did not have a freezer. The bathroom faucet made a grinding sound when you turned it on. The reservation clerk was not friendly when we checked in. When we changed rooms, he said he was limited in giving us another room because when you book through Expedia they have a limited number of room choices. We told him this was supposed to be a special night because it was my wife's birthday. He could not have cared less!

Really no complaints except for the hot tub and pool being closed - was kind of hoping to get a sit in the hot tub. Otherwise it was a memorable stay.

Won $800! And everything was squeaky clean! Well maintained! Staff was very helpful!

Liked that I could book on Hotels. Com. Surprised that I could get in on a busy Summer weekend last minute. The place is huge. Must have 400 rooms & probably even more slot machines. I have been in a lot of casinos but saw more new slots here than ever before. I would have given room cleanliness 5 stars as the room was very clean but for all of the top surfaces of picture frames, sills, etc were dusty.

Very clean

The room was very clean. The hot tub was nice. It was big enough so you could just be with your people not bothered by everyone else. We had a very nice stay.
-
Convenient to fun attractions in the area. Great staff at the front desk and coffee shop. Very well maintained room. Comfortable beds and was much quieter than one would expect at a casino hotel.
-
Clean room, terrible Keurig coffee!
-
Appreciate the addition of the Starbucks shop in the lobby
