We had an excellent stay at this beautiful resort. The views of the ocean are absolutely breathtaking, and the beach is gorgeous, with clear water and a unique, relaxing atmosphere. The buffet meals offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, with something for everyone at every meal. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would be delighted to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We loved that it was right on the beach and the buffet breakfast was plentiful. The hotel could definitely use a renovation as it looked very old. Also, most of the hot items were luke warm to cold every day. Finally, we feel like the beach closed too early, 6 pm, when the sun sets around 7:20 pm every night. Plus, there was a lot more beach, but we were restricted to their hotel area.

Nice beach and very nice hotel room The staff are not very hospitable. I wasn't really given much information about hotel amenities, where they are etc. This might have been due to me being American not Japanese though (in the sense that they didn't speak my language fluently, so might have felt uncomfortable when I used google translate to communicate). But when I lost my keycard, the woman at the front desk told me I’d have to wait until someone turned it in. Before that, she told me I’d have to ask all the amenities desks if anyone had turned in a card, so I ran around for 20 minutes doing that. Only got back into my room because a different woman who had checked me in stepped in. Horrible service at this place. Again, could be because I’m not Japanese

It was clean and the room was very spacious. It has a lot of water activities to offer. We did the fly board two days in a row- one great experience and one that was very bad. First day we went out with Miki, who was extremely nice and taught us how to do it well. We ended the day knowing how to do the fly board really well. We had so much fun we booked a second day and had a new instructor. This new guy, who’s name I did not get, seemed to not know how to work the fly board and it felt very dangerous, so as soon as we started trying, we asked to go back to shore. Thankfully the staff was very accommodating and gave us a full refund. Thank you to the staff for your help and we will stay again!

It was gorgeous hotel but now furniture requires to upgrade. Generally hotel is still good but needs renovation! Food was good , fresh, taste, big variety! This hotel is geared towards family vacations, with many amenities specifically adapted for children—including very young ones. Therefore, if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway, this is not the place for you, as you can expect screaming, crying, and squealing for up to 20 hours a day. The swimming pools—both indoor and outdoor—are clean and excellent (the water temperature is very comfortable, again, specifically catering to children). The ocean entry features shallow waters, making it perfect for small children it requires special footwear because of the coral. The most staff of reception speak English which is seldom for this region. Great messages and sauna. The grounds are clean and well-maintained. Furnitures are old, It is geared more towards families with small children (which is a plus for some). If you are looking for a wide variety of entertainment, this is not the place for you.

Great location and easy access to beach Lots of entertainment for kids such as indoor pool and rentals, games, bounce house, gift stores well stocked with beach/swim gear. Bedding was poor, 4-6 inch old mattresses can feel springs. No beach view on back side of building. Tub in bathroom doesn’t drain well, standing water when showering. Long wait time to checkin as busy. Great dinner buffet selection of foods but expensive. Two adult women and 2 children (3,6 yrs old) cost 12,000 JPY and we had no alcohol to drink but it was available for extra cost.
