Economy Inn - Ontario Airport/Chino

The roo. Was nothing as advertised. They charged $15 additional because im in a wheelchair. The toilet's actual seat was only a half a seat. The water pressure to the hot tub was as good as your bathroom sink. So, it took a couple of hours to even fill up. Theres no changing light. The hot tube was filthy.

Place needs a lot of work. Not a place to take your girl.

Lots of bugs in the room, didn’t stay for more than 2 min.

There was roaches everywhere inside our room. We ended up not staying there and finding a better place

It was roach infested,not a place for family and pets

Bad smell, dirty, cockroaches every where,

Convenient

I booked a double bed room. And they did not have it . They gave me a king bed… but I needed two beds.

They had roaches

Nothing there was roaches and bugs the sheets were dirty the towels had stains Towels stained Sheets dirty No room service to clean Roaches and bugs everywhere !!

The location The room wasn’t all the way clean , bed sheets were dirty , hot tub lights didn’t work or the television.

ROACH INFESTATION

The jacuzzi tub was nice and the light were green , my man favorite color is green The guy next to me was living there and he was really loud with his noisy equipment that sounded like an air compressor

The bed was roach free so there’s something good even though I the bedding needed to be replaced a few years ago in my opinion but whatever. No big deal the bathroom was even more disappointing than the main room for no other reason than the shower had pitiful water pressure. Still had to tiff it out because there’s no refunds after checking in. We finally fell asleep only to wake up during the night to find we had bug bites so that meant I was getting out immediately. The tv in the room was very big and very new and base any decision on all the reviews, not just mine because strangers opinions on the internet aren’t always the most trustworthy.

There was a leak in my bathroom from the upstairs unit.

Roaches all over the room! Checked in and checked right out! Refused to stay there!

Mattress are hard and the pillows are flat.

Lots of homeless people. Not a great area. Dirty furniture and floor.

I was very disappointed in my last stay here not sure what happened. I usually stay here very year around the same time it was always clean and quiet. But this time I found multiple roaches in my room and it was just not as clean as before and so many creepy people around the hotel. I really liked it before but this will be my last time staying here unfortunately.
