Hotel Hacienda at Ontario Ranch

Always an enjoyable experience!

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly.

I stayed there three times and every time has been excellent stayI I am going to start staying at the hacienda great staff I can't say much more but excellent excellent I recommend you if you're looking for affordable hotel this is the one

There were live ants all over the toilet & dead bugs left on the side of the sink. The ironing table was disgusting too with yellow stains all over it. I was on the second floor & my card key wasn't working to enter the room, called front desk & they picked up/ hung up the call. Had to walk all the way back to the lobby, which was empty & wait for the attendant.

Exceptional

The pictures on the website looks all pretty and luxury, inside the room it felt like a hit and quit type room, the microwave on the fridge was just crazy, I went to iron my shirt and the iron is broken, the place was hot. I turned on the ac and was blowing hot air, I went to take a shower and the knob was broken, I checked out within 5 minutes of being here, I will say the front desk was very kind and understanding, but definitely below one star

Horrible hotel, old and unkept

Fortunately that's all I needed, because you get what you pay for, and this room only cost me $104 for the night. NONE of the pictures on hotels dot com are pictures from this hotel. It's small and old---almost a motel. The room seemed clean, but there were ants all over the bathroom and wc. The towels are tiny. There is no soap or shampoo, just watered down "shower gel." What could be nice for some folks I suppose, is that the room had a refrigerator and a microwave. There's also a small pool off the main building. I probably would never stay here again, but I needed an inexpensive place to sleep for the night, and that's what I got... in a very comfortable bed. C

We recently stayed three nights at Hotel Hacienda. There was a live roach in our bathroom. The front desk was responsive and switched our room. The second room had wet food on the floor from the previous guest. The front desk was again responsive and asked housekeeping to clean the floor - which apparently had not happened previously. We did not find the beds or the pillows comfortable. I asked for clean sheets the second day and our sheets were not tucked in. The pool was disappointing - very small and not clean. We will not book here again.

The location was really close to our family. The parking was really nice. The bed's were comfy. The air conditioning was really cold! The pros definitely out weighed the cons (if you even want to call them cons?) The water pressure was pretty low. The breakfast wasn't really breakfast, just pop tarts and stuff like that. The pool was small and closed at the time.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Great parking, clean room and family friendly. Also the location was next to restaurants and next to 60 freeway. Would definitely recommend this hotel

I would never recommend to anyone. I will not stay there again.

Everything was convenient. Easy to check in and out. No issues in general. Will return for sure.
