Connect. I called twice about the issue since I needed to connect to work. Never offered a new room. For the record The issue was solved the next day. But I still believe they should have resolved de issue immediately by changing me to another room.

great location, clean and spacious room,

The lady at the front desk is such an asset to your hotel. We checked in late she was so pleasant and helpful. She was new and did a wonderful job.

A very nice place, sadly it only had electric plugs on one side of the bed. This is very inconvenient for charging items or for personal devices that need an outlet for sleeping.

Exceptional

Location was great. Staff was nice. Beautiful hotel. Excellent bar and bartender. Food was good. We rented two rooms. One room had a pair of soiled kids underwear under the sink that was hard and crunchy. The other room had a 6 inch hair ball in the shower drain that we removed because the water wouldn’t drain and it was holding water when trying to shower. Manager told us numerous times they would “make this right.” She would put points back on our account. 2 months later and still hasn’t “made it right”. Such a disappointment because we would have been repeat guests due to family living in the area.

Had a great stay. Stopped ok our way to Florida. Great breakfast, beds were really comfortable and everything was clean. No complaints. Staff was super helpful at front desk

Issues at check in, but the sleep was great.

We stayed two nights instead of one. The manager found us a room despite being booked. What a huge blessing!!

Everything was up to our expectations and more. The bathroom door was a little tough to push for Seniors.

This was a friendly staffed Hotel. Loved the large room with a walk-in closet. Had a couple of issues with the bathroom. Water pressure wasn't good and the lights in the bathroom weren't working properly. But I was very comfortable in this room.

Breakfast was an added bonus! I highly recommend this hotel! Close to everything!

We enjoyed the clean room and exercise room.
