When checking out the desk clerk did not know how to change credit cards. The water pressure in the rooms was poor also.

The bed and pillows were good. The person at the desk was asleep when we entered and had to wait several minutes. There was mold on the shower surround. Not all the lights worked. Only provided 2 towels and when asked for 1 more was told there was not any available. Rude and asleep staff gets a rating of 1.

The room was dirty, stains on the blankets and floors, smelled bad, garbage left on the floor from prior stay, no towels and a long wait to check in.

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was disgusting. Shower curtain was torn had holes in ripped up . Tub was covered in a layer of scum . Carpet in room was stained. Front desk was great she was the best thing about the stay. Water never got hot enough

Breakfast was good but needs a better condiment selection. Con’s: water pressure wasn’t great in shower or sink. Coffee wasn’t good. Ran out of towels and toilet paper and staff said they didn’t have anymore so I had to go purchase new towels. In summary I believe i got the best bang for my buck for hotels in the area. And I would stay here again if I was in the area. But there is room for improvement.

Carpet in the room was so dirty! My socks were black on the bottom after walking around in them. Yuck.

Nice clean hotel for a unexpected trip. However the bathtub needs replacing.

I enjoyed my stay very much. From the time I checked in the front desk, clerk gave me a welcoming goodie bag and was extremely welcoming and friendly. It was a very safe friendly place. The breakfast was amazing and the pool was great.
