Hotel Cascina Marisa

I’m asking for an invoice since the day I left the hotel. More than two weeks without an answer. Shame on you!

Breakfast was good Internet in the room DIDnt work

The restaurant offers a good choice ,staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of parking and good acces to the motorway. Unfortunately, the first floor was being upgraded during our stay and there was no access to Wi-Fi. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem but, as luck would have it my mobile data wasn’t working either. Hopefully,if we return next year both problems will have been sorted out

Receptionist was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately, there was mold in the bathroom and also the area around shower would deserve more cleaning. Corridor around the room was undergoing some reconstruction. With more maintenance effort the hotel would be great.

I could not get Wi-Fi at all. Not recommended for business traveller

It shows the incorrect address and postal code on the booking. I traveled to another city becouse of that and wasted an hour. The room is spacious and clean, but the air conditioner doesn't work. Some people smoked marijuana in the parking lot and talked for two hours in the middle of the night. The windows had to be open because the air conditioner wasn't working. There were mosquitoes in the room, and it was impossible to sleep. The breakfast was good and that's the only positive thing.

No cleaning service available, properly we were one of the only two couples seen in the hotel. They turned off the air conditioning and had heat on， kind of weird。we had to keep the windows and door open to cool down the room (we were on the second floor). The room size is big and vey few people there, pretty quiet

Convenient location for our purpose. Room very hot and we couldn't adjust the temperature during the night.

The hospitality at reception, the bar, rooms. The Wi-Fi was not working! Hope they managed to fix it :)

The breakfast was totally not up to scratch. No property upkeep. I have been to three star hotels but this one was way below the three star standard.

Only one person spoke English and was actually trying to help us. Other members of staff were polite but could not speak any foreign language, neither Spanish nor English language which is unthinkable for a city such as Milan to even employ people at the hotel without speaking at least one foreign language. The food was good and the place was clean. The hotel did not meet the expectations. It absolutely did not meet any of the things stated in the description of the hotel. The hotel promises to provide the things that it does not have or even try to get for the customers. The toilet was not working. Internet was not working. The shower was leaking as well. Both the toilet and the Internet were out of order for four days and what's worse the hotel manager / owner would not even try to fix it. He completely ignored us and did not seem to care to do anything about it. That was very rude. Allegedly, there were no spare rooms available, so they could not give us a different room. We had to stay in a room with broken toilet the whole time. Also, the hotel owner did not even offer us to refund the money due to the lack of inappropriate service.
