Wonderful access to the beach. Amazing lazy river pool. Very comfy rooms.

I stayed there for my bday weekend and I was so in love with the hotel! I got a beach view room and I loved it. The ppl were amazing and music was good! The pool was great! Very clean place to stay. Plus staff were very friendly. Will come back!!!

We ended up not staying at this property. We moved to another hotel.

Breakfast was great!! Loved the easy access to the beach. Very relaxing. The lazy river in the pool was amazing!! Room was get spacious and cold!! We will stay here again!!

We were not informed that would be charged $11 a day for parking. The room was very poorly maintained with rips in the carpet. Broken tiles in the bathroom and the shower leaked into the main room. Every time a shower was taken. One of the elevators was broken. And the one that was functional was dirty with one of the handrails falling off. Other guests also expressed their displeasure with the cost of the room versus the quality that was received.

When booking through Expedia be sure to make sure it says you are booking beach front if you want a beach front room! The pictures of the room I booked shows a picture of the beach front and when I arrived I was overlooking the pool not the beach. The hallways stink the ice machine don’t work just looks very run down and not worth the money. For what I paid I would have preferred to stay in a less expensive room some where else

Mold in restroom And we didn't get a different room. Horrible customer service and they still won't acknowledge anything. Woken up 8am by construction noise
-
It took forever. Very sub par for the price I had to pay. Way overpriced!!!!
-
Convenient location. Staff was very nice. One elevator was out and a maintenance worker said it has been out for months. Bed was very uncomfortable. Room was clean and nice size. Liked the lazy river pool.
-
The elevator was broken, the hallways smelled and you only got room service by request and you have to request before 10. We didn't feel like it was a Hilton hotel.
-
Carpet filthy dirty, elevator broke 3 times during our stay plus only one elevator was in service. Lobby and hall air conditioning non existent. Room itself was clean but needs updating. Personal all friendly.
-
It's an older hotel, but it's right on the beach. Can't beat that.
-
Room could use upgrade. TV options limited. Bath tub didn’t drain properly.
-
The biggest disappointment was that we booked a room with a beach view, but instead our room overlooked the pool. We were really looking forward to having an ocean view, so that was definitely a letdown. Other than those issues, it was still a nice place to stay, and we enjoyed our time in Orange Beach. With a few improvements, especially with customer service and making sure guests receive the room/view they booked, it could be a great experience!

I can’t say enough about the staff at this location they went over and beyond for us. Thank you again for everything

The check in process was bad. Had to wait an hour and half for check in. The room was horrible. Bad moldy smell. Furniture outdated. Air conditioner was loud. Lights and furniture had rust around them. Refrigerator wasn’t clean and had a block of ice inside. Ceiling was peeling. There were way too many dogs in this one hotel. There were urine and dog poop smells. One elevator wasn’t working m whole stay. At the end on my stay the Wi-Fi and tv wasn’t working. Staff was nonchalant about the Wi-Fi internet and TV service out for over 12 hours. For this place to have the Hilton name it is a crappie place for anyone to stay. I will be seeking for a refund of my money for I was misled.

The Clientele was sub standard. The carpet in the hallways were Disgusting. 2- Elevators , 1- worked. Maybe I should have spent more money ? You Live And Learn.

This hotel way outdated. Lumpy old mattress. Tub spout almost fell off just switching it to shower. AC worked good. But Internet didn’t work the whole time til this morning.
