The staff were polite and helpful. Location was difficult to access; can only be entered from the southbound lanes of highway 17. My room wasn’t serviced the entire time I was there; I had to ask for additional supplies. Fittings were in poor condition, the towel rack in the bathroom was pulling away from the wall, and paint was peeling and chipping.Also, the shower never seemed to provide hot water.

The room was not dirty it was filthy. You had to have shoes on to even walk across the floor. The tub/shower did not have a drain cover and neither did the sink. There was mold growing in the bathroom and on the ceiling in the main room. The room really set my allergies on fire. I was totally disappointed in everything about the room. Yes, we had pets. Both potty trained. We had to leave them in the room on Wednesday night and for a couple hours on Thursday. Our room was never cleaned when we were back. We had no clean linens and the desk did not have any. We had to wait until Friday morning to ask the desk again for clean linens. And again our room was never cleaned. I never left the room on Friday. We used what linen we had left from Thursday. I am and was very disappointed in our complete stay. and they charged my family the second time for pets$75 and whatever the $50 was for. I will hope I never have to stay in another of your Motels/hotels again. and I WILL pass this disgusting on to others. CLEANED THE ROOM, KEPT CLEAN LINEN AT THE DESK IN CASE SOMEONE NEEDED IT. You should do something about the mold and mildew. And the Desk staff was halfway pleasant.

We needed somewhere to stay for one night as part of longer road trip. This was a functional stop - good location, easy to find, easy to park, relatively comfortable. Sometimes there is a lack of feeling of security - would feel better if the site had a security guard patrolling.

When I asked for anything they were nasty about it ac didn't work they did nothing and it was dirty when I first got there I would not recommend going yuck

For the price it was perfect. For $50 a night it had everything I needed other than not having breakfast. The clerk that checked me in was very friendly. The sheets / towels / sink and shower were all clean. Floor was dirty in my room. I checked in early evening and it was fine. However, at 4am that night I received 2 phone calls on my cell phone (that thankfully didn't wake me). I asked the next day and was told they were calling to see if I was going to arrive yet that evening, even though I had checked in.

While the bed was amazing, the room was dirty. The floor hadn't been mopped in months, there was a sticky spot by the air conditioner and a balled up tissue behind the bathroom door. I won't stay there again.
