Great location while visiting for a Bills game Location for the Bills game. Comfortable economy type room.

Horrible. Opened the door to the room, walked in looked around and walked out. Room smelled of urine and stale cigarette smoke, and this was a "non-smoking" room. The room itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. I didn't even want to set my bag down or sit on the bed. Went back down to the office to inform the man we wouldn't be staying and asked for a refund. At that time, he stated "no refund, you booked through Expedia" shut the little sliding door and walked away. I immediately contacted Expedia via chat and explained my situation. They were unable to reach the man in the office by phone. I informed my Expedia rep that there was a language barrier, and he was in fact inside. I am currently awaiting my full refund.

Towels were not clean, the refrigerator was broken. Staff knocked very loudly on our door an hour and a half before check out to tell us that we needed to move our car from the parking lot.

Location was perfect. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Went for a Bills game. The stadium is literally across the street and a couple of the bar/restaurants was maybe a 10 minute walk. Couldn't ask for better. Will stay there again.

Great location directly across from the new high mark stadium. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Free parking was an added bonus.
