Great stay

We arrived to the property around 11 pm, exhausted from a long day of traveling. We went to sleep immediately and when we woke up we quickly realized our room had an ant infestation!! The entire table was covered, there were ants on the walls, the towels, and even both beds! We of course went to the front desk where Alex just basically said “sorry, too bad, nothing we can do”! He also informed us that they were aware of the issue for days!! When we were leaving we even found ants crawling on our luggage. The property has yet to receive check out or even attempt to make it right.

The room was great but our feet were very dirty from the dusty wood floor. Shower tub floor was very brown when we turned on the shower. Loved breakfast and beds were fine. AC worked great. Fine experience for our five nights. Quiet night time.

Staff is excellent and rooms are very clean. Breakfast is good.

Counter / sink space in the bathroom is quite small.

Just be sure to watch carefully for the entry driveway. Very sharp turn and then downhill. Once you know its there, its fine but first shot for me was not easy. (and it was raining)

The chlorine smell at the pool was very overwhelming.

Exceptional

Breakfast was satisfactory, and the beds were somewhat comfortable. They were always out of towels! We could never swim because of this, and we saw other people getting out of the pool and asking, and having to walk back to their rooms dripping wet! We asked for another for our room, and they couldn't come up with one extra towel both times we asked! Then, the garbage can right outside the exit nearest our room was always overflowing!

I thought this hotel was brand new! Apparently not...but it was so clean and nice. The staff were friendly and kind. The temperature in the room was perfect. The cooler DID make some kind of weird sound throughout the night. But it wasn't an inconvenience in any way.

Friendly staff. Refreshing lemonade in lobby. Comfortable beds. HOT tub and cold pool. Furniture could certainly use some updating/sprucing up. Overall, would stay again.

Indoor Pool, clean room and comfortable bed! Infused lemon water! Jacuzzi was excellent! Most of the time ice machine on 1st floor was out of service, no ice machine on second floor which that was our floor! bathroom on 1st floor was out of service at least that’s what the sign said! Key cards were outdated and had to use multiple attempts to open doors especially the access door to the pool! Towels in the pool area were always ‘none’ had to request towels each night! Breakfast was not the best, could have been better and more variety! Needs more staff!

Only thing was air conditioner was loud. Bring earplugs. Otherwise great stay.

Location is good Room was very small. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Carpet was dirty.
