We loved the quiet & peaceful setting & the grounds of this property. It was a delightful stay & the perfect end to our vacation. It is obvious the staff (Franck, Sabine & the breakfast cook) go out of their way to ensure their guests are happy and comfortable. They are very attentive. All the service is excellent. The place is beautiful and elegantly decorated. It’s a diamond in the rough and a true gem and we were so glad we stayed at this facility. Of the 2 weeks in Provence, this place is one of the highlights. The owner mentioned they also host events, such as weddings, etc. I could see where this would be the perfect setting for a small event. There were so many nice outdoor seating areas, so you never lacked for a beautiful place to hang out. Nothing.

This is our second time to stay here and we really enjoyed the time that we spent here. The staff were really good and they supported us well throughout our stay. Although the restaurant was not opening during our stay, the light meal that they offered was really good. Also, don't miss out the breakfast, it was amazing.

The property was absolutely gorgeous and so well kept. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I wish the drinks and the breakfast were included in the stay and not charged after the fact. I think the breakfast could be updated a little bit - simple and quality!

Fabulous setting

The employees at the property were extremely kind and accommodating. My wife and I were robbed in Aix the day of our stay, and Sabine and Franck went out of their way to respond with empathy to our situation. On top of that, the domaine is beautiful and relaxing.

The pool is unique and exceptional. The cost of the room was above expected given breakfast wasn’t included for the price but I still love the hotel and would stay again / recommend to anyone.

Property is a beautiful mansion sorrounded by olive trees and lavender field in the middle of Provence. Chambers were comfortable and clean and the swimming pool area was gorgeous Although the nice place I felt it is not worthy the money spent. Yes the swimming pool is nice (but small) and yes the room was comfortable. But spending €373 for a night I expected a five star service and more facilities. No bar, no music or any type of service if not towel provided. There is nothing really to do after nine cause everything is closed (even the area where there are couches and pools table to play with) We spent 4 days in a far way more cheaper accommodation next to Valensole, we paid half of the money for three days and we had the same facilities, plus the hotel welcomed us with a cocktail and snacks, a little bag full of lavender and a bag of sweets. The tv didn’t have Netflix or smart connection. The toiletteries product were really simple, again not saying that we’re not enough but for the price paid you expect to live a fairytale and this was more more normal than reality?. Breakfast: The breakfast area it’s lovely and peaceful, the staff was absolutely professional and welcoming and offered us coffee and to cook scrambled eggs. But again, how in the world it is possible in such a wonderful place not having freshly squeezed juice, a real coffee /Cappuccino machine and only mini brioche? This would have not been a weak point if finding out athat the breakfast was not included and they charged us €30 each without specifying it when asked.

Absolutely stunning property in the French countryside, surrounded by fields and nature. The property itself was beautiful outside as it was inside, and the decor very subtle chic, but comfortable.

Everything was great. One of our best stays anywhere. JUST DONT BOOK THROUGH BOOKING.COM as their rate is higher than booking directly. we were informed of this upon checkin but booking.com refused to refund us. That the booking.com rate was higher than the rate when booked direct.

That the kitchen was decided to be closed just few days before our arrival. Same as the message to us about it. As much as we understand the motivation, it was heartbreaking to learn that the main place that we selected for our vacation and celebration based on food review - it was closed upon our arrival and we could have a full experience. The owners of course took care of our dinner reservations in other locations and it was fine. But of course this lowered our satisfaction level overall.
