This was an unplanned stop due to car trouble. Just the fact that we were able to get a room was good enough, given that prior bad weather and long power outages in the area had forced people to find lodging away from home. The first room we were given had not been serviced - the bed was unmade, there was trash in the receptacles, the TV was on, etc. To their credit, the front desk person did quickly get us another room which was properly prepared and nice.

The person in the room next to me was smoking weed and their tv was loud. I reported this to the front desk but nothing was done.

Our King Suite was just as advertised and accommodated our family of 4.

The hallway to the room smelled like urine and musty basement. The water pressure in the shower was horrible and had an odd smell. The fridge in the room would make a loud noise everytime it kicked on. The a.c. temperature controls did not work you either had the option to keep it on or have it off. Check in staff was super friendly.

I did not like MOST of the staff. They were cold, and seemed unhappy most of the time. The breakfast was basic. The lobby needed more care( tables dirty and couches The room smelled mildew, needed new flooring in kitchen area and new furniture
