the room, the pool, the stuff it was a little bit loud with constructions on the first day - but after that it was great

The only positive aspect of this hotel was the breakfast, which was genuinely very tasty and probably the best part of the stay. We stayed at this hotel and unfortunately were quite disappointed with the level of service and the condition of the room. Basic toiletries are not provided in the room: there is no toothpaste, cotton swabs, cotton pads, hair conditioner, or slippers. The only amenity provided is one bottle of water per day. The room itself was not in good condition. Towels had holes, the beds were worn out, and the bathroom was not properly clean, with hair found in the shower and bathtub. The doors in the bathroom also seemed poorly installed and inconvenient. The location is also not very convenient, as it takes about 20–30 minutes to reach the city center and the seafront. One very unpleasant issue was related to housekeeping. White items left on the bed may be mistaken for laundry and taken by the cleaning staff. In my case, an item was taken, never returned, and I was not given any apology or compensation.

The staff is super friendly. Rooms are spacious with good airco. Breakfast is really nice.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, dinner also good, staff very friendly and helpful It’s not near anything in terms of walking distance - you’ll need to take a cab, bus or car to get to the restaurant area

On another note, the breakfast was 10/10. Big variety and even if we went at 9.15 am the buffet was still full.

Nice and clean room with nice facilities Pretty bad value for money, especially for the low season of November. The food at the hotel restaurant is definitely subpar, as well as the breakfast (although is free). The location also isn’t great. It’s in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do around. The beach isn’t far, but you definitely cannot swim there. It’s just an industrial area around

not all power outlets are working, some are dead, others are worn out.

The hotel is new and clean. Close to the interchange.

Cleanliness. Bed mattresses need urgent replacement as they create pain in spine. Staff is least cooperative for any changes needed in your reservation, post payment. No slippers, no shaving kit and no tooth brush are provided complementary. Location has no nearby shops/restaurants or sight seeing.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great pool. Food and drinkat the restaurant were delicious and at affordable prices.

The hotel is perfect, We are a couple+1 and the hotel is really nice for families. There is a small playing room on lobbys floor that our daughter enjoyed alot. The hotel crew and reception are really friendly and helped us with anything that we asked in any time. We liked also the food in the restaurant and the bar. You did a great job, Thanks :) The location is a bit far from the touristic area of the city (maybe 15 minutes by a taxi) and there is not much to do around by walking, but to be honest, we knew that before and its not a biggie for us because we looked for a hotel like this with quiet area.
