Stuff was nice the restaurant was good and nice Rooms are very old not renovated not moderns

Everything was fantastic! Breakfast room pool staff and even great restaurant in house with oven baked pizza.

Front desk staff were excellent-friendly, helpful and kind. Pool area was nice Breakfast options were pool and low quality

Upon arrival, we were given the worst room in the hotel, with extremely hard beds that made it impossible to sleep. I asked to change the room, but there was no availability that day. On the positive side, housekeeping was done daily, and we appreciated that. But breakfast was disappointing, and most of the staff didn’t speak English, which made communication difficult. During dinner, the staff would stand and watch guests eat, which felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Their service was lacking in general – they seemed inexperienced and not very attentive. For example, when we asked for a slice of lemon, they brought a whole plate full of sliced lemons instead. This was our second visit and we were not disappointed, staff very effective and cleanliness excellent, a good all-round hotel in central position for beaches.

The staff were friendly and kind. The pool was lovely and refreshing. The double bed was rock hard (I had to ask for pillows to lie on) and the single bed was extremely uncomfortable.

The reception staff on arrival were so helpful and friendly. The pizza was amazing (I had the italiana one and it was beautiful! The burrata cheese was amazing!) Everything was okay.

Very comfortable, with a big lounge for our large family to gather and socialise. No long mirror to look at our clothes

The staff were all fantastic, the place was always spotlessly clean. Food was really good. Very quiet on the rooms and more generally, and a good location for short walks to restaurants and ice creams! The showers by the pool were pretty useless, and the pool closes around lunchtime for a couple of hours for some reason?‍♂️

Great pool and reception staff were really helpful and friendly. Waiters weren’t the friendliest and we had 2 single beds stuck together for our double bed

Staff was very friendly and welcoming! Elio was the best (he was during dinner times) always made sure we’re okay and was asking if we would need anything else. His service amazing 10/10. In the restaurant for dinner the pizzas they made were amazing too - well done to the guys!! The overall cleaning in the hotel is exceptional, our room was cleaned everyday and also around the hotel everything was cleaned and taken care of!! The breakfast was the same all the way throughout our stay! For us who stayed 2 weeks it was a bit much to have the same food every single day. It could’ve been switched up a bit (instead of having scrambled eggs every day, it could be switched like one day fried eggs the other omelets)!! Just have more variety during breakfast as it lacks!!

Pleasant

The pool, the staff, great weather and excellent food. The entire hotel was very clean. The beach is a bit further down but everything is still super easy to reach.

Staff were nice, swimming pool was ok as well. Rooms were very basic. Beds were so uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn't great either.

All was well. All employees were really friendly and helpful. Although location was further from see, we have received great tips where to go to. We will definitely come again. Thank you guys for warm welcome. no negative comment to be given.

Really friendly, genuinely helpful staff. Really good value for money. Great variety for breakfast. Hasn’t been redecorated in a while.
