Hotel staff were unbelievably kind and helpful. Location was excellent. Restoration of the rooms was beautiful. AC in the room was cold.

The rooms and bathrooms are somewhat small. It's an old authentic building that doesn't allow for modern pleasantly. You can park outside to drop your bags, but then you have to move your car as street parking is (as to be expected) scarce. Luckily, there are both free and paid parking options 10 minutes walking distance and the hotels staff will guide you to them.

Great location in the center of old town. Pretty bad if you have a car to park. Excellent and helpful staff. The hotel has rooms built in courtyards. The renovation tried to simulate an old country farm house, with fake looking antique furniture and materials, but on the cheap and some questionable outcome. Over rating in 4 stars and reviews.

Air conditioning in the room was maybe a little bit too weak for hot days. Breakfast could be improved with more variety of vegetables and meat.

Breakfast and room were great. Really happy with the overall experience here. Would go back! The parking lot is a bit far from the hotel. Otherwise it's great.

Interesting property. Nice breakfast. Central location. Friendly staff. I got lucky with parking. Otherwise it's a ten minute walk away.

Parking was difficult to find even in May

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in, we absolutely adored everything about it, the location, the staff, the hotel itself, everything was amazing and we will be booking here again in the future, if we could stay one place in Sardinia again we would choose this time after time ! Nothing!

Service was great and incredibly nice staff. Really appreciated how helpful the staff was when the booking unexpectedly had to get adjusted and the trip was cut short. The lady behind the reception was especially helpful and I unfortunately forgot to ask her name when I left in a rush. I hope she reads this. The staff and service

Staff was very helpful. Front desk gave lots of information about restaurants, pier location, markets, and parking location. Breakfast staff was very kind. We had to leave early one morning for an excursion and she set out food and coffee for us - much appreciated. Room was quite spacious, comfortable bed, and had tea/coffee making machine. Location was central. No street parking, but free lot a 5 minute walk away. Breakfast was varied and delicious.

Fantastic staff and hospitality. Very prompt and helpful communication in advance of our stay. Lots of great advice about local sightseeing, wining and dining during our visit. Check-in and check-out were completely painless. Breakfast was 5-star in quality with a very broad assortment of sweet and savoury items. Again, all service staff were absolutely pleasant and wonderful. A special thanks to Maria Teresa and Andrea at the front desk.
