Booking shows a wrong location, the place is about 100 m in a different street. We had to ask some other hotel staff to point us to the Calypso apts.

The property is amazing There are frequent electricity and water outages in the city but the owners were really helpful and informed us beforehand & also helped us in this regard as well.

Everything stuff were amazing

Staff was fantastic and very good with the kids. The room was a bit small. But location was fantastic. Also we were early in the season so there was no breakfast available yet. Even so they provided other options for us. We had a great time. Maybe a bit small for 2 adults and 2 kids. ? bigger room next time.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was simple but, clean. Location is good - on the edge of town. General area around Cozy was quiet (I just had problems with other guests). Pool was smaller than I realised. And, I am a swimmer so, I like to have a proper swim. I was woken at 3am by a couple in room next door having a loud argument. I REALLY don't like nighttime noise. Wi Fi only worked downstairs and just in front of building. Didn't really work in room I was staying in. TV wasn't working but, they were going to fix that.

very pleasantly located hotel in a quiet area and a few minutes to the heart of the city and to the monument. A cosy retreat with private pool and fresh ground coffee. we solved what was not working, but we could not solve the wifi network, which is life or business ruining for us who work on the road. Because of this, the card payment terminal didn't work either. But I must praise the person we communicated with, he always found a solution with a smile and calmness, it was enough to communicate.

Great location very quiet place. Two rooms, bedroom and hall with mini kitchen. If there was a microwave, it would be just perfect.

The people were so friendly and relaxed. It had hotel qualities but with that really nice hostel feel. Really comfortable beds. Everything you need at an amazing price.

The host Semil was a really friendly person and couldn’t do enough for you. The pictures are out of date as it is not looking the same. Older. The room we were in was an attic room. Our room had no where to dry anything ( towels, costumes). So we had to hang things on the bed post or off cupboard handles. The tv was at one end of the room and the aerial at the other. So you couldn’t watch tv even if you wanted to. The smoke alarm was plugged up with tissue so would never work. We had to get the shower fixed as I nearly got scolded as the hot tap wouldn’t turn off. It was fixed the next day but it must have been like that for a while. We had a kettle but no cups ! I got some when I asked. The main light in the room was dismal. You couldn’t see to dry hair etc. A lamp that didn’t work. The room service ( change of towels, bedding etc) was every other day which was good and then it went to 5 days and then we left. It rained whilst we were there very heavily and it came through the wall and went all across one part of the room. The cleaner came and mopped it up 3 times. Then it stopped raining.
