Wonderful host, simple and rustic place, delicious breakfast, peaceful location

Hospitality was fantastic. We have stayed here before in the Villas. Spacious, great pool and also a children's pool. Really nice Turkish breakfast available at extra low cost. Good 20 min walk to the centre of Dalyan but all flat surfaces. Quiet and tranquil. Hussein and family couldn't be more helpful. Sadly it is run down particularly around the bar and eating area and Turkish seating.. The after effects of COVID/pandemic has made it difficult for the family. However we are aware that Hussein and family are looking to upgrade areas. Despite this excellent holiday and the family made us feel more than welcome. Lovely peaceful atmosphere.

The site manager Hussein was very helpful and a lovely guy and was there for a friendly chat every time we came and left for the day air con in the main bedroom only, so the second room was very hot, but they had a fan which helped.

The apartment was spacious, clean and had a well equipped kitchen. Aircon was powerful. The balcony although small was big enough for 2 people with lovely mountain views. The pool and gardens were well looked after, plenty of sun beds and seating areas. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful whenever needed. Wifi was very slow in the apartment room but it worked perfectly at the pool.

Well maintained accommodation and grounds. Rooms were clean and bedding and towels very fresh and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked to cook. No downstairs loo to use when using the pool.

About 15 min walk from the main town so it was quiet and cosy. The pool was lovely, it had a coveted area for shade/occasional rain. Our apartment also had a little balcony with a gorgeous view of the fields and mountains and even a stork’s nest!

Host was really lovely, apartment was comfortable and the pool was fabulous. Close enough to centre to walk everyday but far enough away to have lots of space. Great value for money. It's the best place we have stayed in Dalyan and by far the cheapest... We were happy with everything.

The staff spoke English well The establishment was quite a long walk from the centre. The cleanliness was not as good as expected. The establishment did not meet the expectations that i had from the photos

I had an incredible 3 weeks at Summer Life Villa/Apart. I was immediately made to feel welcome and at home. There was nothing the staff would not do to help me - I appreciate the kindness they showed me. The facilities were great - the pool was clean, the bed was comfortable; my flat had powerful air con. I throughly enjoyed drinking Turkish coffee by the pool during the day and sitting on my balcony every morning, taking in the incredible view. I wish I could have stayed for longer. Thank you to everyone at this establishment. There is nothing that could have been better.

Lovely apartment by the pool. Very friendly staff who communicated really well both before and during the stay. Breakfast served next to the pool was delicious.

We had amazing time. Villa in perfect location 10 min walk to centre very quiet with amazingscenerys. Staff are very friendly . Husein and Ali is amazing hosts . Very big heart man and amazing cook. Breakfast was fantastic . Rooms are super clean ?10 out of 10 Everything was perfect
