ROBINSON SARIGERME PARK - All inclusive

Beautiful beach, amazing food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Foreign staff (mostly Germans) were super friendly. Kids Club was great. Nothing in the minibar besides water. For the price they charge, I would expect it to be full of (and be refilled with) soda, beer and liquor. Not sure if I’d want to enjoy water while sitting in the balcony at night, looking at the beautiful scenery :) Much to my surprise, some of the Turkish staff was pretty rude (I am Turkish myself), which especially stood out because German staff (including the manager, Stefan) were so friendly.

Best watersports team! Enjoyed our stayed at this beautiful location with many activities to choose from. I don’t even have to mention the delicious food they serve!

Food was excellent, lovely spa, swimming pool, good size rooms, comfy beds The room advertised as sea view was only partial see view which was disapointing. Most staff do not speak a word of English, there is little information in English, the hotel is completely oriented for German tourists

The hotel staff are very friendly, all of them have positive energy, and they made me feel like I'm on vacation. Especially Emir at the reception, who took care of us from the moment we checked in. His attention to detail, diligence in his work, and never forgetting a single detail are truly remarkable. I wish he worked for me! ? See side very small umbrella

Great hotel with friendly helpful staff. It’s also great they have younger people working who are starting out in life, loved the hospitality, surprised it is the most popular hotel for Germans staying in Türkiye. The fact it is an all inclusive hotel made it so much more enjoyable. Maybe a good thing for some but Too much food ??

The lack of English speaking staff ( and all Guests were German ) was an issue Lack of English speaking staff Huge queue to check in Was given an awful room to start but then was changed to a much nicer one Felt I was doing the hotel a favour and not them me Hotel very tired and dated No waiter staff at pool was disappointing

The location and hotel building itself was fine Sexual Assault, This is a fully German owned resort as a British couple we were stared and and made to feel extremely uncomfortable, also a member of their animation team tried grabbing my partner from behind and grinding up against her. When I kicked off managers told the man to run and wouldn’t tell me his name. My partner and I complained and were told it would be handled in the morning I repeated this wasn’t acceptable and it needed to be handled now especially after they’ve told the man to run off. After an hour of back and forth my partner requested that they call the police which they pretended to do on 3 occasions which I have on video and staff saying that they deal with things in house. I was then met when I went back down to reception with a fabricated story about the man trying to move my partner out of the way of a truck which there was no truck and that he had touched her shoulder only all complete lies. My aggression then resulted in them calling the police for about how angry I was rather than the sexual assault. No one checked on my partner and had apparently let the man still work on the resort the next day. I would not travel here if your British you will not be treat as an equal and god forbid anything happens to anyone else and it’s worse. They look after their own and it really doesn’t matter how disgusting the act is they will pretend it never happened. Names to watch out for are Felix who committed the sexual assault, Cedric and Leon, all part of the animation team, Kadir the night manager worked with Teresa on front desk to cover up the assault and Stefan Forster the resort director couldn’t care less about the assault and said it never happened even though multiple complaints had been made.

The room was sparkling clean. Beach was nice. Swimming section of the sea is so clean and is perfect for a quick dip in water and enjoying a nice relaxing swim. Food was horrible. Wife got food poisoning from under cooked meat. Doctor office is more expensive than it should be (coming from a Doctor myself) and didn't give us the appropriate amount of the prescribed antibiotics. As a non German we did feel a bit out of place, can't blame the resort but the guests were all staring uncomfortably made us not leave the room often.

Food was great but cafeteria style was rather 'busy' No where near to walk to easily - it felt that way.

great views. Lots of great staff ready to help, just be aware it is a German resort but everyone was super friendly. They also have few English speaking staff which was helpful.

Fantastic location. I stayed in suite 104 which was very spacious. Good sized terrace with a jacuzzi. Nice touch having a fridge in the room with a selection of drinks that were restocked daily. Impeccably clean everywhere on the resort inside and out. Great facilities to suit all ages. Fantastic selection of food and drinks and a great beachfront location. This resort is predominantly German speaking however I found that there were plenty of staff that spoke English. All in all a fantastic stay. A special mention to all the staff who were so polite and helpful. Will I come back??? Definitely and would recommend you try for yourself.
