The Sarigerme Inn

Nothing We were there for twelve nights and sheets were never changed. There was no cleaning and other peoples rooms were not cleaned. There was only one cleaner and she was obviously overwhelmed. Manager never on site. Spoke to him by phone. He said we could move to another room. Shower was broken and unusable so we went to another room to use shower. We brought our own toilet rolls. Towels were not changed so we took towels from other rooms. It was disgraceful

Nothing at all Food, cleanliness, staff, comfort

I loved my second stay. Firstly I was taken to Dolphin apart, because they didn't have my room ready at Sarigerme Inn. This was a bit disappointing. The second stay, which is in the pictures, was a beautiful, huge room, and had clean atmosphere. The wifi, however wasn't reliable, most of the time there wasn't a connection. They have a bus which takes you to the beach, which is a huge bonus. You don't have to pay for that and you can go multiple times a day. Personally I loved being in Sarigerme. The stay had its disadvantages, but I had a great time altogether.

transfer to the beach was included in the price of the stay. the beach is very nice, quite clean. there are a lot of people, but less than in Antalya

Good staff Good breakfast Location

Unfortunately the hotel took a further payment when I checked in having already paid for the room via booking.com I tried to sort it with the hotel staff but with the language barrier we did not get that far. I did get to speak to the manager but he said it was a booking.com problem not theirs. Booking.com has been helpful and I am hoping for a full refund but I am still waiting. Unfortunately this did put a dampener on the holiday.

The hotel is a boutique style, and the suite is in dark colors. there is not enough light in the room in the evenings

Location: 20 min taxi drive (700 Turkish lira) from the airport and 20min walk to the beach. friendly staff, nice breakfast. Sarigerme is a mid-size tourist-friendly village with several nice places to eat, price wise significantly cheaper than Antalya and Istanbul.

Great location, easy walk to the town and to the beach and a swim pool if bored with beach nothing to dislike

General room size, amenities, pool, reception all good. Location central for Sarigeme. Breakfast offering was poor, but again it was okay value. Lack of clarity over the times of beach transport times. Two versions of the timetable existed. & nobody was taking responsibility for correcting them.

In the high season it would be in a great location When I arrived I was taken to the elevator and my room floor button on the elevator was pushed for me. I got out and made my way to the room. I opened the door, turned the light on and saw 2 pairs of feet hanging off the end of the bed. I turned the light off and quickly went back to reception. I was given another room. During the night someone tried to enter my room, I had turned the lock so that they could not enter.

Broken appliances. No lights . No where open to eat on a Sunday

Great location for shops and restaurants Bit worn out

The rooms are very clean and lovely Needs more choice for breakfast

I stayed there with a child for a long layover in dalaman. Easy travel from the airport -less than 30 mins. Easy access to the beach- shuttle or you can take a taxi. Free sunbeds at the beach for the hotel guests. The hotel room has all you need. Breakfast is up to expectations. Small swimming pool makes the stay more relaxing. The staff were amazing: they helped to fix air con quickly, printed our boarding passes and allowed us to stay a bit longer in the room after the checkout time.
